There was no ventilation in the bathroom and you the facilities/pipes smelt weird. There were also a few tiny ants coming in from the floor, and only shampoo was provided in the bathroom…not hand soap. I care more about having hand soap!

The "basic" room we had the first night was a desaster. There were stains of what felt to be mold on the walls, paint was literally falling down from the ceiling, the bathroom door had no handle, so it could not be closed from any side. This room was extremely uncomfortable and overpriced.

The "premium" room is a good choice, do not book the "basic" room if you want comfort. We stayed for a night in a basic room and then changed to a premium one for 3 more nights. The premium room was relatively modern, simple but equipped with everything you need, clean, bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needed a couple of fixes, like shower closing and fixing of the toilet, but nothing dramatic. The lobby area with seats, water and coffee for the guests is a very nice feature. Staff was very nice and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay.

I wanted a water fountain or any drinkable water and was impossible, the shower water was not easy to warm up, I had to leave the water running for 15 minutes to have it warm (too good for the planet). I didn’t got the chance to have a coffe or something before leaving

The handle on the door to the bathroom was missing. The toilet seat was not fixed and too small. There was only cold water in the shower in the morning. You could hear people from neighboring rooms talking clearly. The smell of the whole building but especially of the room was very humid, i think there was even mould on the electric output.. The ceiling was terrible and some other details were not well maintained.

Pillows were very comfortable. Entrance of the hotel looks nice. Staff was friendly.

The check-in could be a little more simple as there is not always someone in the building to open you if you don't have the code. We helped some travelers when they arrived because they were blocked outside. Also consider this place a hotel, so it means they have to kitchen and no ammenities to cook anything. It would be a great idea to install a small place to cook some basic stuff in the hall since there is already some couches. A toaster, microwave and a boiler would be a great add on for people who stay more than 2 days and don't want to always go to the restaurant. :-) A mini fridge in the room would also be a good idea. Anyway, you get the point. ;-)

I can't say that I was disappointed, but there are a few moments: 1. The air conditioner broke during the night. but we were not hot because there was a fresh wind outside 🙈 2. there was no hair dryer in the room

1. Hotel staff. They were very nice and welcoming. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. I had some problems getting into my room but the staff were very attentive and helped me solve this problem. And also, they love dogs, they have a wonderful beagle 🥰 2. Location close to the center and they will recommend you where to eat and drink👍 3. the room was clean and prepared for our arrival 4. The lobby of the hotel was very cozy and stylish.

Noisy. Despite previous warnings I was not ready for the extent of it. No sound insulation and no in house management of chattering clattering cleaning staff during the day or badly behaved guests at night. The receptionists will react if you make a complaint and will log the incidents online or address the noise makers. However they leave at 11pm and life goes on way later than that in Jerez. Didn't get much sleep despite the comfortable beds and clean sheets.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, close enough to the action and there were some great little late night bars, cafes and pastelerias on the block and in the near viicinity. Bit of a walk from the station with luggage but manageable and safe enough day and night. It's also safe walking to and from the town centre at all hours. The rooms, towels and linen were clean. Cheap fixtures and fittings throughout but they worked ok and I suppose were acceptable at the price of the room. There were free shower gel and disposable toothbrush kits in the rooms and bottled water available in the lobby so that was a plus.

No one at reception Sunday morning. I needed to order a taxi but no card with info to call a taxi. Fortunately cleaning staff arrived and phoned for me.

Staff is only there during the day so no one can help you if there is a problem in the evening. You can hear every noise the neighbors make - closing doors, talking, sneezing, or having a drunken party until 2am (our last night).

The bed was very comfortable and had quiet A/C. The area is safe, scenic, and easy to walk around.
