Our room was looking out on the small swimming pool, we were almost right above the animation stage. So that was very loud during the evening. No way you could sit in that balcony and relax or read a book in the evening. Then we tried sitting on the other side, in front of the entrance of our room. There we were terrorized by the loud live music of bar route 66. So, we were "entertained" until 2 in the morning. So I can advise everyone who books the hotel and doesn't appreciate the noise every night, to ask for a quiet room. That's what we should have done too. Because to be honest, a lot of people enjoyed the evening programs and route 66 was also a very nice place to spend time. So this actually was our own mistake. But maybe the receptionist can tell people that their room is noisy and give people a chance to switch.

I liked the food. A lot of choice, fresh, well prepared. Rooms very clean, good beds. The reception was very friendly. Even though they have to tell the same story a lot of times a day, they do it with enthusiasm every time.

Rude workers on the reception. No „hello”, no „thank you”, no keeping eye contact and no smile. One lady left the reception to talk with „friends” or whoever, when me and my friend came, so we should waited when they finished their conversation. It’s not professional at all.

Me and my friend stayed in the hotel for 5 days(all inclusive). The hotel is nice, big pools for adults and for kids. Food was amazing and big choices. Cocktails at the bar were tasty. The atmosphere was funny and enjoyable because of animation team, they doing great job! And what I would like to noticed, it’s great location, close to natural pools and beaches, also very nice nature around.

The hotel has an option "all inclusive", but we took only breakfast and did not like it. A lot of different food, but it was not tasty. The personal on the reception is not very friendly.

Big comfortable rooms with balcony, everyday cleaning was good. The hotel has its own tennis cort and several swimming pools. The inner territory of the hotel is quite comfortable, but a little bit noisy. The hotel is suitable for those who like to relax in the big companies.

• The couch in the room was broken and couldn’t be used properly. • The bed was extremely uncomfortable due to worn-out springs (not visible but very noticeable). • There was loud construction noise starting early in the morning, making it hard to rest. • The cold water pressure in the shower was so weak that it caused dangerously hot water bursts. • The alcohol served at the bar, which was part of the all-inclusive package, tasted strongly of chemicals and felt unsafe. • When I raised concerns, staff were not helpful and did not offer solutions.

Perfect stay for everyone! Amazing staff thank you for everything. Food fine according to a price. If you are picky eater please choose wisely some other place to stay. Fine 2 pools to swim and chill. Nice evening shows- keep in mind to gran ear plugs just in case it would be too much for you. Enjoy your stay!
