No washing-machine in the apartment, which wasn't a problem for our short stay but if you stay longer it wouldn't be convenient. There is a laundromat across the road however but no laundry detergent provided in the apartment. Kitchen was missing some equipment, eg no scissors, no spatula, no toaster. No handwash in kitchen (we took one of the bottles from the bathroom). No tea-towel to dry your hands on. Would have been helpful if some cleaning products were provided for the bathroom. We bought our own toilet bleach. The bathroom would benefit from some hooks to hang your clothes. The shower was a bit shabby and tired-looking, could do with an update. Although the living room and main bedroom were good sized, the second bedroom was a bit on the small side. WiFi was very patchy! Most of the time we couldn't connect.

Excellent location close to Metro station and Sagrada Familia cathedral. Lots of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby. Spacious apartment, quiet area. Has air-conditioning and lift. Concierge service was helpful to leave our bags as we arrived before check -in time.

Nothing serious... we were not told to use a lift. Perhaps it wasn't working at the time. We are on the 2nd floor, so not hard to get to our apartment.

The location is very close to all the shops. The apartment is on a very quiet street. The apartment is on the second floor, it is so clean, and the kitchen is big enough for us to cook and have our meals. It has a working oven and dishwasher. The fridge/freezer is huge. The bedroom is separate from the big lounge. The shower/bathroom is very good, with warm water and clean towels. I love it.it does I highly recommend it to all, especially for a bigger family, as it comes with extra room.

We would like to have more towels in the kitchen

We liked AC system and the location of the appartaments the most. It's located just about 4 minutes walk from Encantes metro station and about 10 minutes away from. Clot and Sagtada familia stations. It's about 20 minutes to Nova Icaria beach and about 30 minutes to Barcelonnetta beach. Mercadona and Lidl shopes are in a close vicinity from the place.

- The floor didn’t seem to be thoroughly cleaned -- after walking barefoot, we noticed our feet would get dirty. - Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for two people over a 5-night stay. We ended up having to buy more ourselves. - There was no garbage collection during the entire stay, so we had to keep our trash inside the apartment for 5 days. According to a notice, cleaning is only done once every 5 days, and towel changes are available earlier only for an extra fee. - The Wi-Fi was unreliable at times

There were no shelves in the oven and no cooking trays. Some tongs and tea towels would be handy. It was a beautiful full kitchen so the lack of shelves and trays rendered the oven useless. Some simple things like oil, salt and some tea and coffee would make it an excellent place for short or long term stays.

Everything was great. The only thing worth mentioning is that you receive only one key card, which is also needed to activate the electricity. So if one person takes the card and leaves, the power shuts off for those who stay behind.

Close to Sagrada, a bit of a walk from the rest of the city, but close to metro so manageable. Could do with an iron and a chopping board.
