The area is very quiet and right in the middle of mojacar. You have to drive or bus most places as mojacar is situated all along the coast. Lovely, big swimming pool, excellent after you've been walking about. Love all the terraces at front and back of house, excellent views of sea. Parking easy, outside house.

It is situated up a hill, its only a 10 minute walk down but coming up is a bit of a puff, in the heat.

It’s out of the way and very dated. No at all clean, but cheap. Get what you pay for I guess.

Anything. The apartment is very old and with outdated and dirty appliances. I arrived and no water electricity and Internet was working...of course no hot water. Customer services is horrible. I had to leave the property and the owner stopped to answer Camm and messages. At the moment 2 call with booking , no refund and I had to go in an other hotel...walking around the village with my suitcases down the hills.

Was clean and everything worked.

A kettle would have been nice to have. Some more pans perhaps. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been appreciated.

Good facilities within the property

Up a hill to get to so if mobility issues wouldn’t be suitable. No air con unit stairs so sleeping at night was uncomfortable.

The location was not good ,too many hills. There could have at least been some cereal bowls and some decent cutting knives.

No commutation for the access code for key locker Exterior poor with poor access to roof terrace. Did not use roof terrace due to fallen bricks and plastering Loose sockets in kitchen No shower screen so water was all over and had to use towels to absorb

The house was clean. Great location, just a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Pool just 1 minute walk away from house. Again, clean and tidy. Not too busy. Communication, great, no issues.

Just could use a freshen up with painting and update on the bathrooms. Couldn't use the sun terrace on the roof as stairs didn't seem safe.

The communication was good, and the location to the main town/playa was good. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, and the view from the balcony was nice.

It needs a renovation as everything looks worn and old. Mirror is rusty, sofa bed cannot be extended properly and bathroom does not feel clean. No air condition upstairs and made it impossible to sleep in the bedroom. Air condition downstairs worked but remote control did not so could not adjust temperature at all. TV did not work neither.

Given a bit more tlc it would be a lovely place to stay

No answer when we tried to call the owner, no reply to email, office closed no one to contact, had to hang around for 3 hours in the heat as no one would answer my call, disappointed also as I specifically booked it for the pool only to be told the pool wasnt open, didnt know where to get the key to open pool gate then after several calls again was told it was the fob on the keyring, when we used it to open the gate to the pool it wouldnt work, hence another call for them to tell us the pool was closed, spoke to a few of the residents who have lived there for several years and they are unhappy as they cant get to the pool either as it is always locked and they have had to put up with this for a while now. The apartment is a lovely size with 3 terraces and great views, but their were ants in the kitchen and bugs everywhere, we were itching all the time we were there, also the doors and windows do not lock securely so we had to take our valuables with us when we went out. Afer contacting the owner via watsapp, I asked for my money back as we were not happy about the pool and living conditions on the first day, I stressed I am a travel agent with my own business and wouldnt dream of treating my customers like she had with such lack of response to my enquiries and made no contact again when i asked for a refund.

The key lock for private entrance. The host was very accommodating, very helpful, and nice. It was good for a very very last minute, as our original booking got canceled upon our arrival time.

lovely location

a tree had blocked the entrance, which according to the neighbours had happened 2 weeks ago, animal poo on the upstairs patio, dried on wee on the toilet seat. BBQ shown in the pics but wasn’t there.
