Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBalcony and roof terrace unusable. Balcony only had room for 2 chairs as staircase and air con unit filled the other half. Nothing provided to offer shade on the roof terrace. Tablets should have been left for dishwasher and although requested by me, via the local office,were not delivered. Pillows were very flat so extra need to be provided.
Peaceful location and close to supermarket. Accommodation and facilities adequate for family.

United KingdomToo many minor issues. Lack of kitchen facilities such as no wine glasses, no tea towel to dry dishes, no plug for sink, no soap to wash hands, no oven trays, faulty kettle, 2 hobs not working. Lack of comfort throughout. Double bed uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when turning over, mattress didn't fit the bed, next door aircon very loud which kept us awake for a few nights. Very bare apartment with no beach facilities to use such as umbrellas or chairs considering its a 5 min walk to the beach. Main bathroom tired and dated and not very clean. Main bedroom very bare with little comfort. No wardrobes, just open shelving units and no drawers. Faulty shutter in living room. Some photos not reflective of the apartment allocated to us. For the money paid, I expected more.
Location was great (5 mins to the beach/10 mins to Cambrils centre), nice quiet residential area with Spar supermarket in the building very useful and handy. Lovely pool area. Family friendly complex, mainly Spanish and French families which we loved. Large balcony area but no comfort. For a Stay were good in letting us use other facilties in Cambrils after check out.
