It’s a little out of main town, but a short 10min train got you into the heart of the city. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable

The rooms were massive, and made it very comfortable for 3 of us. Nice pool on top for the hot summer days

The areas around the swimming pools are quite small with no shade, it's not ideal with kids to spend time by the pool. But we were still able to enjoy the pool as it wasn't crowded at all.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, super clean, modern, comfortable beds, nice views. The rooftop swimming pool was also a very nice addition ! The location was better than expected, with well-stocked supermarket nearby, and various shops and restaurants. And the metro is really close as well with direct link to the city center.

We could not even talk after 10PM because the guard goes around the building eavesdropping and then the reception calls to ask us to be quiet. Talking after 10PM is not allowed. I was on the phone with family members overseas and I am an adult, you don't tell me when to sleep. I understand the quiet time, but to come to my door and eavesdrop like physically putting your ear to a door to hear what's happening inside.

It was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great, close to several Metro stations and many supermarkets. It was an ideal apartment for our long stay with 2 children.

The hallways did not smell good. Also inside the apartment there were several cracked tiles in the bathrooms.

I booked a twin bed apartment as travelling as two adults. When we arrived we were assigned a double bed. When I asked at reception we were told that bookings 'were subject to availability' and no twin rooms were available. I said that I had particularly booked a twin room, but receptionist told me I would have to take up with Booking.com & that no manager was available until 3 days later! I also found there were a lot of rules & regulations re cleaning the apartment upon leaving & noise. You literally had to be silent both in corridors & in apartment after 10pm. We were 'told off' for talking before midnight in our apartment. There were 2 of us. We weren't playing music or dancing. They need to improve soundproofing if merely talking is an issue. I'm not sure if the problem is because the block is mixed residential & holiday lets and it is well known of protests in Spanish cities around this. Maybe the residents don't like the tourists? You have to pay €200 euros deposit and do not get it returned until up to 20 days after departure. Took 5 days for me.

Location was good. Plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. Easy access to public transport Room actually larger than I expected and bonus of reasonable size balcony. Modern, well equipped & clean, although some of the furniture seemed over-large for number of beds. Can't comment on pool, as even though 38c when we stayed, it was not open.

One thing I didn’t like was the additional charge or guarantee payment required due to something that was apparently not covered. It felt a bit strange—especially when booking through a trusted platform like Booking.com, where you usually expect those kinds of details to be clear and included upfront.

The residences are in a very convenient location, with many key places and amenities just a short distance away.

The building looks a little old but is located in a good district of the city with a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and public transport spots around. The room itself was exactly like on the photos, it was clean and had everything we needed for stay, including kitchen utensils and other stuff. They also allowed to stay with a dog.

Proper maintenance check of the apartment before new visitors taking over. Tv was not working, light bulb in the lamp was burn out. Security guard of the apartment building showed rude behavior.

Size of the apartment for 4 adults and 2 kids. Location to the Real Madrid arena, close to subway and food market.

Wheels on the bed are completely stupid, had to put pillows etc under to stop them skating around the room. Could have had more blankets

All good , good location, clean and lovely staff on reception. A bit expensive and for that money the cleaner could of bring the small bag of rubbish to the skip on the day of departure and not us. Otherwise we will be fined we were told.

There was one female receptionist who couldn't speak English, it was annoying bcoz I was asking for basic things.. where can I get a sim card, how can I get from place to place... Reply I don't know! The room had cooking facilities but no pan or pot to cook with. The hotel should also keep transportation map at the reception. The roads were closed due to a marathon. The receptionist guided us to a specific bus stop to get a bus, but the bus weren't allowed that route. The receptionist should be aware of the surroundings.

I selected this place bcoz we were planning to visit Santiago Bernabéu. It was less than 10mins walk. The room was clean, amenities up to standard. Public bus is 5mins away, metro about 15mins.
