Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomKitchen sink in apartment in an awkward position. Maids turn up at almost anytime, makes it difficult to allow them to do a proper clean.
Location, people, pool area and breakfast. We had a reason to move apartments on the first evening, reception staff were amazing, especially Pauline, who sorted things out without fuss and quickly.

We booked this hotel for its handiness to the airport as we had an early flight The staff were lovely and gave us a takeaway breakfast, which was excellent. We were leaving too early for breakfast. We didn't expect this. Would definitely use this hotel again.

IrelandPool was quite cold! I’ve stayed in a two bed apartment previously and don’t think the villa added anything extra for the price. Pool bar was understaffed - one person doing it all!
Breakfast was excellent. Villa was very clean. The pool area was fantastic - big enough that you never felt it was crowded and plenty of sunbeds. Staff very friendly.

I love this property. Book it at least once a year. The facilities are second to none, rooms are spotless but, that said, could be getting a little dated. The gardens are beautiful and the on-site mini market is so handy for all the essentials. The breakfast buffet sets you up well for the day, great choice of food.
