Only downside was the lack of food/snacks in between the meals. The bar could use some more snack variation for afternoon or mid morning snacks, especially families with kids. Otherwise, all good.

The bedrooms were big and very comfortable. Immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable and the shower was easy to use without water spilling everywhere. Very friendly staff. Parking easy.

The air conditioning was broken and there was no solution as the hotel was fully booked. The telephone was also non functional.

I booked the dates in April by mistake on the internet when I intended to book 6th to 9th of May. It was my mistake but they took the full price for both dates. That annoyed me because at this time of year there were many rooms available for guests so that they did not lose money because of my booking by mistake. I think they could have reduced the cost? Otherwise it is very good value. Also the location is quite far from shops and restaurants so when I arrived tired and hungry at about 4.00 pm there was no food or snack available at lunch time. Maybe that is just out of season. I found it somewhat difficult to get information as my Spanish is not very good now although I learned years ago?

I liked the hotel very much. It was modern and clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. It is near the beach and buses are convenient when I could find out the times. Breakfast was very good. The evening meal was a bit disappointing for me but other days may have had a more suitable menu?

Evening menu needs more attention to detail. On one night the first course and the second course had chips which is bad planning. The swimming pools are only open between June and September, not a problem for us but should be shown online under facilities.

Staff spoke only Spanish. The hotel wasn’t full so dinner was served in the bar! Not a carvery, so no choice or refills and it was freezing cold! Breakfast was a bit better.

For the price paid, no complaints but... There was an annoying constant sound of something like water flowing through a pipe though it eventually stopped at around midnight. Noise from the corridor wasn't good but thankfully stopped throughout the night and it was then quiet. There was no vertical rail for the shower head - which is something I'd expect from a 4* hotel. The mattress was marginally softer than I'd like - feeling like it may need replacing.

Very good value for money (15/03/2025). Reception lady on arrival was very helpful; the lady on departure was friendly too. Quiet location just a minute's walk from the sea (albeit we didn't go to the sea). Plenty of free street parking which felt safe. Large, spacious, clean, well equipped room with balcony and shutters (blocking out the light perfectly to sleep). Hot, hand-held shower in bath with good water pressure. Plenty of wardrobe space. Great lighting options. Good TV. Comfortable temperature. Request for double bed was accommodated, and appreciated.
