FranceThe room was brand new but unfortunately, it clearly has not been tested properly: there was not enough hot water to take a bath, the shower floods the bathroom, the wifi does not work in the room and the door lock didn't work properly. I can only hope that the resort will solve these issues for the next guests!
We had booked a Deluxe suite and were upgraded into a brand new room in the new aisle upon arrival. The room was superb but what could have been an incredible experience turned out to be somehow disappointing as there were a few structural issues with these new rooms. The staff was very kind to try to help us as they could, but unfortunately it ended up being more stressful than relaxing. + : good breakfast, amazing beds, the jeep safari

EgyptThe water in the bathtub was not able to get hot after my children took a bath. I was disappointed to not be able to take a hot bath directly but the next night it worked just fine with some time in between baths.
The facility was beautiful with staff who exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable in our room. The food was delicious and scenery was incredible.
