SpainWith respect to the room. The seats and the balcony in general was not very clean nor tidy, so it did not invite me to sit outside . I think that the layout of the room could be better. In the other double room I stayed there was a sofa that improved the room experience significantly. Here there are two tables but not even a chair. I think the double rooms need an update to make them a bit better. The positives for me were the size of the room and the bed was fairly confortable as usual. The best of the room, and the most important thing so keep it up!
The staff is always very kind and helpful. The facilities of the hotel look nice and well maintained: the pool, the reception the garden … they look great

United KingdomThe stay here was very comfortable. Away from the busy part of Giza. My wife and two daughters absolutely loved the hotel. The garden area and the pool was the main thing that attracted us to Turquoise Pyramids Palace. Theres a food court area within a few minutes walk. Plenty of shops nearby. The staff are amazing. We will definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and gives a sense of comfort and elegance. The food was fresh and delicious, offering a good experience throughout my stay. I would like also to extend my sincere appreciation to Sahar, Kenzy, Sama , Habiba and Essam at the reception. Their politeness, kindness, and responsiveness truly enhanced the experience—they were always ready to assist with a smile. My gratitude also goes to Mr. Mohamed, the manager and to Chef Rania. United KingdomA few little improvements would make this hotel a 5* * kettle and tea/coffee in room * improve food service (waited an hour for breakfast, which wasn't worth the wait). We took to walking along the road for breakfast. Maybe offer a continental breakfast of toast, jam coffee/juice? * pool area is lovely but needs some sunbeds and umbrellas. Also, the man cleaned the bottom of the pool daily but needs to net the top as well. * Huge room but nothing in it. Would be better with a dressing table and mirror. *needs new mattress.
Beautiful surroundings and lovely staff. It was very good value for money. Uber is cheap to get around. There is a large food court nearby. Security guard was lovely and friendly. Air-conditioning and WiFi all worked well. Was given a free late checkout which was great to be able to shower before leaving for the airport.
