- I think the time-share idea may hurt the long run for the facility. - Staff are good and fast, however in sometimes I felt they are low in number, which for sure may impact the service (however, it didn't happen with me).

I would like to thank Mrs. Sara and Mrs. Romanda for their hospitality, professionalism, and proactivity, especially before I arrived at the hotel, which contributed to a good and comfortable stay. Beach and facilities were available and accessible for my kids and me to make good memories

Only the way to the hotel was very dark during evening time also the breakfast menu needs some tuning.

The hotel was very clean and well organized- guest relations staff specially Remonda was fantastic she was daily contact us asking about our stay and if we are missing anything starting from check in until we reach our home - I like the place a lot and I recommend it for all.

Excellent Stay – Unforgettable Experience! I recently stayed at this amazing hotel Gewan resort and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The service was exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the range of activities offered kept us entertained throughout our stay. A very special thank you goes to Ms. Sarah, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. She checked in with us daily to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied, and her attention to detail truly made a difference. One of the most memorable moments was how the hotel helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. They organized a beautiful surprise that made the occasion truly special and unforgettable. Highly recommended – we will definitely be coming back!

The hotel wifi was not up to expectations

The place was clean and there were good facilities that are well kept and organised. The staff were friendly and helpful starting with Sara at the reception, Hani at the concierge, Saeed at housekeeping and other members from room service and restaurant.

The resort is tranquil, and it requires more events and parties to be held.

Ms. Remonda Safwat and Ms. Sara at the reservation section are very cooperative and supportive. Also, the housekeeping team is very professional and friendly.

- Breakfast and dinner spreads were okay but could've been better with more kid-friendly options - Pillows could've been more comfortable - Water pressure in the bathroom could be better

- Smooth check in and check out process - Welcoming and helpful staff across the entire hotel; special mention to Sara, Remonda, and Awad for greeting us with a smile and catering to our every request - Multiple, large swimming pools and clear blue beach - In-house water park kept the children entertained - Animation team putting on a different show every night after dinner engaging with guests of all ages - Spacious bathroom equipped with all needed amenities - Well-equipped gym - Ample parking space provided - Prime location on the North Coast

Dinner open buffet just need more main courses and more varieties like mix grills, kids food like fries, chicken fillets banneh and more care and attention in western desserts and pasta section, while eastern desserts were great

Great hotel, great facilities including GYM, indoor and outdoor pools, Splash Aqua Park (was very nice), great staff specially Ms. Sara many she did a great efforts with us strating from check-in till leave and also thanks to Ms. Remonda. Housekeeping needs further improvement, The beach requires more attention (chairs, umbrellas, and trash bins) and The food is very good, but it needs more variety.

The hotel is excellent, and the guest service is very good—from check-in to check-out—with respectful and attentive follow-up to every request. (Thank you, Ms. Sara). The beach is beautiful, and the food quality is very good. The hotel's cleanliness is also very good.
