Saudi Arabia- I think the time-share idea may hurt the long run for the facility. - Staff are good and fast, however in sometimes I felt they are low in number, which for sure may impact the service (however, it didn't happen with me).
I would like to thank Mrs. Sara and Mrs. Romanda for their hospitality, professionalism, and proactivity, especially before I arrived at the hotel, which contributed to a good and comfortable stay. Beach and facilities were available and accessible for my kids and me to make good memories

Excellent Stay – Unforgettable Experience! I recently stayed at this amazing hotel Gewan resort and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The service was exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the range of activities offered kept us entertained throughout our stay. A very special thank you goes to Ms. Sarah, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. She checked in with us daily to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied, and her attention to detail truly made a difference. One of the most memorable moments was how the hotel helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. They organized a beautiful surprise that made the occasion truly special and unforgettable. Highly recommended – we will definitely be coming back!
