-Very poor cleanliness -The property is worn out and needs renovations -Bathroom sink and shower were clogged for all three days -Sofa was broken -Carpet was extremely dirty -Pool area was overcrowded possibly due to day-use visitors -Overall, it’s a nice and family-friendly place but I don’t recommend visiting during high season

-Booking.com's reservation includes a free teleferik trip -Despite the many negative reviews about the food which initially worried me it was good Food options are limited but breakfast and dinner were fresh -There are many activities available bike rides children's cars and animation shows -The location is excellent -The place is suitable for families

The food had very low quality and limited variety for a 5 star hotel which was very disappointing. Service was also not that great (you have to ask several times for something to get a response and action) and rooms were not very clean (curtains had some stains, bedsheets smelled weird, and bathroom accessories looked old and rusty)

The facilities, walkways, landscaping, pools, and beach. It also had really nice seating areas with great views. Ms. Rania was very helpful throughout our stay

Food was below average. Pools were not clean. The number of staff in the main restaurant is not enough to face the number of guests. Breakfast was bad.

No air condition in the whole hotel !!!!! It's a crisis Not clean as it should be. Food on lunch is not a variety as it should .. fist day was nice second day was very limited.

The cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. Even after housekeeping cleaned, the room didn’t feel truly clean, which affected the overall experience. Also, while the food offered a wide variety, the quality was not up to the standard expected from a 5-star resort.

I really enjoyed the location of the resort and the view from the room (Sea View Room). it’s beautiful and well-placed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beach and sea were absolutely lovely.

Very little to No shaded areas outdoors. The parking spots are completely exposed. Even though i didn’t sun bathe, i still got sunburned just from the walks between the room to the beach.

Food quality , ants  in bathrooms , mosquitos and cockroach in the challet , wrong key from Reception for challet, reception gave keys for occupied villa ,  low quality AC in both reception lobby and gym, poor cleanliness in challet

Food diversity and taste was not as expected. No activities as the animation team is not performing at all. House keeping is average with some exceptions to certain people. Traffic signs to reach the location needs to be more clear. A/C needs more maintenance.

Beach is special with 2 adjacent types (sand + lagoon). 2 main pools to share the guests capacity. Rooms are well designed with large spaces. Special thanks to Mrs. Rania Ibrahim (Guest Relations Manager) for her smooth check in and support during the stay. Indoor Parking is very good. Free teleferique trip was amazing.

The stuff is so rude , the staff is minimum related to the hotel and chalet size The restaurant staff is also not enough to serve

Quality decreases year after year , this is my 5th year to stay there ، beaches are not comfortable, sand is artificial not beach sand , pools not cleaned regularly, compared to previous years.
