We took a lot of time to find the hotel no enough signs to help Some of the staff member were not friendly especially the one we made checkout with.

The room was nice and clean the view was great multiple swimming pools the animation team was great and friendly the food was ok.

Stuff in boufeh have a-little bit experience but overall accepted

Building -room- excellent but service is not excellent but acceptable boufeh was looking not too much tasty for the first day but next day we have a little enhancement in taste and variety in food

1- The open buffet wasn’t good honestly (limited options and all of the bakery were rocky and the deserts weren’t good at all) 2- I hate the GPS location as every time I lose my way (I hope it could be updated to a more accurate one) 3- At night there is nothing to be done (even the pool were dark and no entertainment) I would recommend to light it up and play some music to be able to enjoy our stay during the night

Location definitely wrong it send you to no place Only 1 bar in the hotel and you should pay for the drinks I ordered family suite and I had to buy extra bed because it is only one bed The sea is 30 minutes far and you go with crowded bus in certain times No any activities at night and I was there for weekend No aqua games for the kids

The view (pools and mountains) Staff were extremely friendly The food was good except that is there is no much choices The design of the rooms was wonderful

Lunch buffet was very limited 3-4 main courses in a 5 star hotel. Minibar provided had no items Room service only provided 2 water bottles and 2 Nescafé packets, Like cmon these are common things that should be provided in every place without even asking.

Small things like, when we arrived we had an early check in confirmed yet our room wasn’t ready. One night they had really loud music in an open and central space till quite late at night. And the website wasn’t clear, it mentions the hotel has a bar, however it’s a dry hotel. Also the AC gave off a toxic smell, which was thankfully later fixed.

The pools were clean. The view from the room and the general layout of the hotel were lovely.

(Dinner , Dinner ,Dinner ),the road to the hotel despite the great location up the hill , from the galala rd its easy to reach (in the morning only ) but from the usual coastal road down its so difficult as the gps is not working at the top of the hill and disabled from the middle of the road going up to the galala hill and with no single guiding or board sign leads to the hotel which took us more than 2 hours to reach the hotel just from the bottom of the hill , thanks to the shuttle bus we have cooincidently meet have guided us to the hotel which suppose to be easy if the hotel management have properly responded to this big issue

Good Facilities , rooms are great , spacious , view was spectacular , breakfast , i like the heated pool

The location is misleading to reach on GPS, and the food quality could be better.
