Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI ordered dinner from the room service at night - it was not good meal at all. The meat was very sticky and hard to eat. The rice seems to be cooked a week ago. plus it is very expensive. I would recommend having the lunch and dinner from any restaurant outside.
I really like the way the receptionist (Mr. Youssef) meet the people. He always smiles, makes the check-in process very smooth and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good, several items are offered.

Saudi ArabiaThere are a few things missing from the room, like the Iron and the Iron board, no scale. The bed mattresses are old and not comfortable neither are the pillows - too soft. The house keeping dont always replace the consumables like tissues, tea and coffee, water, we have to ask for them daily and they sometimes dont respond. *The gym AC dosnt work -- hasnt been fixed through my 3 weeks stay!* Although these are all things they they can work on, the receptionists and the PR try their best to accomedate your requests but it gets uncomfortable when you have to repeat the same issues over and over.
This is my 4th stay in Tolip! Every time my stay is close to 3 weeks. The hotel location is excellent, very close to airport and highways leading anywhere in Cairo. The staff is very polite and accomedating, I would like to especially thank Ms.Naglaa Ismail from house keeping and Public, she has always been a very welcoming and helpful, Also Mr. Amir from the resturant, he is quite polite and on top of his work, and Mr. Mohamed (evening shift) and Ms. Lobna (morning shift) from the reception, very decent, welcoming and helpful. Even though they have room for improvement they also have good service to money value.
