First of all, we arrived at the facility early, and they let us in early, allowing us to use the facility's amenities. They let us into our room before the official check-in time and did not request any extra fee. They have very friendly and well-trained staff. We felt right at home. We are thinking of going again; you can choose this hotel without a second thought..

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was great, the room, the pools, and the amazing staff who were always attentive and genuinely eager to help. A special thanks to Sayed for his friendliness and outstanding service. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to enjoy the hotel facilities all day after check-out, as our flight was in the evening. My only remark is that there should have been more variety in the food and better entertainment, but that doesn’t take away from all positive mentionned.

My only recommendation would be to add a bit more entertainment

We had a great stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort! Big thanks to Ahmed Ali at reception for his very good welcoming and for upgrading our room — it was such a nice start to our trip. The hotel is lovely, the beach is amazing, and the corals are absolutely beautiful. The food was tasty with lots of variety, and everyone we met was super friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing resort with the most friendly, helpful Staff. The food at all meals was truly well presented and tasted even better !! A huge thank you to Exec Chef Gehad El Din Mohamed and his team for their wonderful display of culinary skillls !! Of course the waiting staff couldn't do enough for us, Thank you Captain Ahmed Hamdi and your team for making our dining experiences delightful !! I really can't recommend this Resort highly enough ! The service was exceptional. The hotel kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was a lovely surprise. A special thank you to Ramadan and Ahmed who handled a minor reservation confusion with professionalism and kindness — they resolved everything quickly and made us feel truly welcomed. There is an option to eat at two different restaurants within the resort but you have to stay an x amount of time before you are allowed to dine in 1 day. So that is a bit odd considering that it's an all-inclusive resort. Fresh juices are also not included, you have to pay a small summary.

The staff is very welcoming and attend to your every need. When you want to make chances, this goes with ease. The resort itself is very beautiful and there is plenty opportunity to get a bite or a drink. You also have the chance to swim in the ocean which is nice. The food is okay, the standard food you get at buffets. The pools are very nice and there is alot of shade. There's also different tour guides walking around to provide you with excursions.

There is always room for improvement, but so far, so good 👍

I booked one week and ended up staying for three weeks. I liked everything here. The service and people were first class.food and cleanliness, the atmosphere was brilliant.
