Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The apartment located at the Sunterra Resort. The building blocks, each have four apartments, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Our apartment was on the first floor, consists of one living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed and a balcony. The kitchette has everything we need. There is a full size refrigerator. The resort has 2 pools which you can swim and take sunbath if you would like. During our stay, there were nobody swimming there, so there was plenty of place. Generally the resort and the apartment is silence ang good to take a rest. Carrefour Market is only a few hundred meters away and you can buy all kind of foods, fresh vegetable and fruits, deep freezed products, fresh meat, Mahmoud is a very helpful and nice host. He arranged taxi to pick-up us from the airport to the apartment in the 02:30 in the morning, his assistance help for the check-in and gave us the key at that time. Mahmoud also helped us to rent a car with a good price that we drive along our holiday. In the beginning I was hesitated to drive a car at the Sharm, but the all roads are wide, 4 or 5 lanes in some places and there are not so much traffic, so it was quite easy and fast for us to reash to the places that we want to go. We took one day visit by car to Ras Mohammed National Park. In summary, we are very happy to stay at Sunterra Resort and Mahmoud. We suggest everyone who looking for self catering and good price.

United KingdomCame across this apartment well staying in Sharm and was very impressed on first impressions of the property everything you need and manager on hand to help any time night or day we did a 7 night stay here very close to super market and not far from old market in old Egypt or Neema bay can all be reach by bus outside resort or by local taxis would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to stay here I will be coming back to Sharm this year 2024 and will be looking to book in again thank you for making our stay over Christmas a fantastic one

Mahmoud the owner was very helpful. He gave us a lift to the hospital and let us extend our checkout for personal reasons. Also arranged our taxi back to the airport.

GermanyMy Mom didnt like that the cleaning things were at some spots a bit broken, but nothing to be upset about. She bought some new things for a few pounds anda also Mahmoud brought some new things. Thats it. Nothing else. We had 99% good experiences during the 2 weeks inside and outside the flat.
Mahmoud, the owner of the apartment, is a really friendly, humerous and hospitable man. Already the days before our departure from Germany and arrival in Egypt he sent a message via WhatsApp to confirm again that he picks us up at the airport at 3AM. Converstaion via WhatsApp was always easy going and professional. He answered all our questions and has been honest about prices and information. During our stay he helped us with any kind of interest (for example renting bicycles) andmade sure that we just get the best. Money didnt seem him too important as long as we enjoy our stay (for example with the bicycles or him to made a daytrip with us). The flat was as shown on the pictures and we felt very good there. The big supermarket Carrefour is 5min far away by walk and Delta Sharm, a beautiful complex of green walks, restaurants and more, is 10min far away by walk. At any time we were flexible to catch a taxi or micro bus for some pounds from.the main road, which is about 3-4 min walk from the apartment. I liked the fixed mosquito net in front of my window and that there was Wifi although it was not mentioned or expected from us. All in all we just had good experiences and can really recommend that flat included Mahmoud, the owner, and his nice little son. Thanks for having us and just the best for you guys.
