The staff were great, Mahmoud Samir in reception was very helpful and kind helping us get the right upgrades. Georgina in the posh club was also great and helped us book for all the restaurants that we wanted and told us about the events happening every day. In the posh club Ahmed Abdelrahman the posh club manager was very kind and gave great service telling us what’s good on the menu and his personal suggestions, Wissameldin a waiter at the posh club was phenomenal he always had a smile on his face and offered the greatest service giving us the best posh club experience possible. Ahmed the butler was great he would make sure every thing in the room was up to standards fulfilling all your requests as soon as possible and helped book activities including parasailing and more. Shady and Samir other waiters in the posh club were wonderful offering high quality service. Tarek the golf cart service driver arrived on time and took you to your destination without any problems. Mo and Roma from the animation team had a lot of passion and put in a lot of effort to make the events fun and a good experience overall.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this all-inclusive resort in Hurghada. The facilities were clean and well-kept, the food was varied and tasty, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. What stood out most was the staff — always friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Mohamed at reception, who was welcoming and made check-in easy. He was always around with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a relaxing and well-organized experience. We’d happily return.

My daughter and I have just returned from time at Sunrise Tucana. It was amazing ~ 100% relaxation. We were lucky to have Posh Club access and stay in a pool suite which meant we had butler service. The staff were exceptional, especially Ahmed, our lovely butler, who looked after us so well, Samir and all of the Posh Club team, who run a beautiful bar and restaurant and go out of their way to ensure a good experience, the housekeeping team who kept our suite spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Too many great staff to name them all individually - the pool assistant, the Receptionists and the gardener - everyone seemed to have the sole aim of making sure we had a good holiday. We couldn’t have asked for more. The accommodation was beautiful, the food was stunning (we mainly ate in the Posh Club) and the grounds were kept beautifully. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back one day!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel very happy and welcomed. The room was spacious with a beautiful boho-chic design, and the whole hotel had a relaxed, stylish vibe. Service was heavenly across the board, with a special shoutout to the amazing reception team (especially Mr. Ahmed Adel), the friendly beach waiters (huge thanks to Mr. Adel), the restaurant staff, and housekeeping , all were incredibly helpful and kind. The food was diverse and every option we tried was delicious. Both the beach area and the pool were clean, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely recommend the hotel to others and come back again!

The view location is marvelous having sandy beach. I had an amazing experience from the moment i aarived The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile from your entrance sarting from bellman Mr Mahmoud then going to reception Mr. Mohamed samir & Mr Ahmed. The hotel is enjoying with comfortable facilities,the housekeeping staff ensured the room is cleanand ,it has varity in restraunts with delicious dishes and the waiters are very well trained to serve you on seats

the wifi was not working in all the stay, the staff in the restaurants were not enough for the guests even on the bar I can see on of the bar tenders were working from 7 AM in the morning until 12AM in night with only breaks in between, the service were bit slow in the restaurants.

Everything in this hotel was amazing. The staff, the rooms, the food, the beach, honestly one of the best hotels I traveled in Hurghada for the last years. First, the rooms are comfortable, clean, you can find all you want to have a calm stay. The housekeeping is perfect, especially Karim who was very helpful and kind. Second, I want to thank Mahmoud Eldeeb, the first one we met at the hotel, he was very helpful and made our stay there very easy and friendly. A big thanks to him and he also ordered for us a lunch box while check out which was very good of him. The beach is very very very clean and has a very good vibe, Ahmed, the waiter at the beach bar was really very helpful and made us AMAZING drinks. I want also to thank Mohamed and Martina at the pool bar, they are very friendly and nice. The food is a top notch. It is a la carte and I really like it, all restaurants are amazing especially Gaia the Italian one and Yades, the beach restaurant, food and service are top. Mr. Hesham the manager at Yades was really friendly and made sure we are always satisfied. They also do bedouin nights two times per week which was amazing and gave a good mood to our vacation. Also, Ali the shisha man is very kind and hardworking. The one who welcomed us at the reception was very helpful as well and they were always checking on our trip to ensure everything is going well. I want to thank each and everyone working in this hotel, they are stars and made our trip really a nice one. I will come again and again.

The resort is beautiful, very modern and chic. We loved our stay there, the staff was especially helpful, I had a misunderstanding and they handled it like pros, especially Mr. Said in management. The food was great, good variety and quality, except the Greek restaurant which was below expectations. The entertainment every night was nice and the Nubian and Arabian nights especially we're amazing, they had great shows and an amazing open buffet with all Egyptian and Arabic food. The beach is sandy, but you need to wake up early to get sunbeds (during the high season). The pool was great too.
