United KingdomThe foam party was ok, however there was only one shower working near the beach, which made washing off the sand chaotic, as a big hotel like Sunrise should have more shower facilities available near the beach
We loved the facilities, the pools, and the beach. Kids loved the food and the Gamila restaurant make delicious food. The pool bar makes nice cocktails, however they can taste watery at times. Zizo from reception was amazing, he greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome.

EgyptThe only drawback in my opinion is the beach, the water is not clear at all, and you can feel sticky mud-like material underneath your feet, and the only snorkeling spot is very far
The hotel architecture is very nice, the rooms are spotless with nice view, the restaurant has a wide variety of food and the pools are clean.

Armeniawe did face one recurring issue during our stay — the room locks and key cards. Unfortunately, the keys kept malfunctioning. We had to call the staff multiple times (about 5–7 times) to resolve the issue. Each time, they changed the keys or even the locks, but the problem persisted. We were told not to keep the key cards near phones or in bags, but even with precautions, it didn’t help. This issue was not only with our room — we noticed that many other guests were also having the same problem. It seems to be a widespread issue, and we truly hope the hotel management will consider updating the lock system.
We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Mamluk Palace in Hurghada. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. The roasters in particular were incredibly tasty, and the service in the restaurants was perfect — efficient and professional.The beach area was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

Nice hotel with beautiful landscape and amazing staff. Service in all restaurants and on bars are very friendly and attentive. Reception guys were very helpful, first hotel on my experience that called me two days before arrival to ask my room preferences. Food is very tasty in main restaurant and also in Al carte - Mexican Spanish Asian Indian. Big thank for the booking assistant- Mr Zizo for non stop follow up and support o be in contact from the beginning till the end.

EgyptThe beach was craweded and people were reserving the chairs in the beach at 6 in the morning. We had to sit always far away from the shore . A person from the stuff and a client of the hotel made fun of my sister because she is Italian , they made no nice comments about her nationality. The IC in my room was not working well. The water from the shower came out on the floor of the bathroom, every time we took a shower.
It is very clean and the swimming pool is stunning. We had to use the clinic for me and my son, and we found a great doctor and a good service! The food is excellent!
