Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. ChinaUnfortunately, the reservation department was not able to handle our booking issue efficiently. Despite trying to reach out via Booking.com and phone calls, we did not receive any response for several days. Another unpleasant incident was when the DJ unintentionally played a song with racial discrimination against Asians. Thankfully, he immediately apologized and clarified it was a mistake due to lack of awareness. We hope the hotel staff can further improve their sensitivity and awareness toward cultural diversity.
Every single frontline staff member at the hotel was extremely warm and welcoming. We truly felt at home and received attentive service that was excellent value for money. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Khaled from the buffet restaurant for taking such great care of us during our stay. We also really appreciated Mr. Fares, the lobby manager, for arranging a late check-out and for his kind apology regarding the unpleasant booking experience we had before arrival. The variety of food was impressive, the room facilities were new, and the daily activities were engaging and fun.

EgyptThe only concerns I would like to share are: • The restaurant felt quite crowded at times, which affected the dining experience. • The shuttle service schedule could be improved by having buses run more frequently to make transportation more convenient.
I had a very good experience during my stay and truly enjoyed my vacation. The food quality and variety were excellent, the pool and sea were fantastic, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
