Everything in the hotel was perfect, the rooms are clean, the food is very good, the staff is very helpful and they will make sure to exceed your expectations, also the animation team there was very active and made a lot of enjoyable shows all the time. So it was a very good experience and I recommend it a lot.

It’s far away from the airport and a port Ghalib but still very worth to staying there if you are looking for luxsury and relexsation .

We loved the hotel! Saied from the reception team was extremely helpful in organizing our wedding anniversary. We were traveling with two teenagers — which is not always easy — but the hotel exceeded our expectations 100%. We had two beautiful connecting rooms, which gave us some privacy while still having direct access to the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for true relaxation. Expérience en famille – Test d’hôtel Our arrival at the hotel immediately set the tone: a quick, professional check-in with a warm welcome. A small but much-appreciated gesture: a welcome drink served with a delicate macaron that delighted the whole family. The staff kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast while our rooms were being prepared — a smooth early check-in that allowed us to start our stay on the right foot. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The selection isn’t enormous, but it’s intentional: every product is fresh, high-quality, well presented, and frequently replenished. At a time when people value quality over quantity, this was exactly what we were looking for. Then, a wonderful surprise: we were upgraded to a swim-up room. Sheer joy on little Henri’s face (and on ours too, to be honest!). The room lived up to the great first impression: spotless, well laid-out, clean, and welcoming. Another lovely detail: the gentleman in charge of housekeeping personally introduced himself and assured us we could reach out to him for anything we needed. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Of course, we couldn’t resist a dip in the private pool. Henri jumped right in, and that first moment together in the water was simply perfect. Later on, we walked down a few steps to discover a peaceful little bar beside the adults-only pool — a quiet haven to relax for a while. There, Khalid prepared delicious cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). He even made a special effort for Henri, which truly touched us. Thank you, Khalid! For lunch, we headed to the à la carte Basilico restaurant. The beginning felt a bit off: the ambiance was cooler than the rest of the hotel, and the order taking was a bit confused (dishes before drinks?). We briefly wondered if staff roles were properly coordinated. But quickly, the service picked up pace and warmth. The team stepped in with more flow and friendliness.

Some of the staff's English level wasn't the best so it wasn't always easy to comunicate what you needed, leading to some mistakes in the food ordering or type of drink you asked for, nothing serious tho, they all put an effort into it in the end. The tennis equipment was very much cheap, basically only suitable for beginners. The sea it's not memorable: the water is clear but walking toward the deeper water was difficult, as the seabed was slippery and full of holes. So the only way to go for a swim was from the pier they had built, which also offered a great view of the seabed. We also found some jellyfish here and there, during the week we where there, but It might be because it was very windy the week before. However, this is not the resort's fault, but rather due to the coastal area where it is located. I still considered it a beautiful coast and beautiful sea.

Resort: The structure is only one year old and for that reason it’s in great conditions, not to mention how meticulously well maintained it was daily by the workers, who were always busy fixing even the smallest damage. The design of the overall building, including the rooms and the common areas, is extremely well curated and perfectly in line with the image that they wanted to portray: the cool-toned colours, the high use of wood, the elegant mosaic pools, the minimalistic forniture, I could go on forever. If you’re someone who loves small intimate areas, silence and a minimalistic vibe, this is the place for you. Wifi: The wifi service is GREAT, it works perfectly in all the different areas of the resort, inside and outside on the beach. Really good if you’re from outside of your country and you don’t have your own connection. Food: The resort has got three different restaurants: two small ones (italian and asian) and a main buffet one which was more egyptian style. In the first two the food was decent but mainly flavourless and not exiting dishes. Nothing compared to the buffet one, they had a big variety of dishes, freshly prepared in the kitchen, a great selection of bread, different types of fishe, meats, legumes, sides, a lot of freshly made salads, vegetables and sooo many desserts. The restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with no need to book it in advance. (I’m on the plane back home right now and I’m salivating just thinking about it). Service: I have met genuinely amazing people: kind, loving, ALWAYS smiling and greeting you with a big “Hello!” when walking past them. Hardworking and well trained, each of them had their specific role which all together worked harmonically on a great outcome. Everything was super clean, tidy, rooms and pools included. Their doctor was young and kind, available for you 24h, really great guy. A special word for Mustafa, an extremely kind and genuine guy! Milo e Aurora

Absolutely nothing.

Upon our arrival we have been welcomed by dearest Ms Asmaa, a true gem, and the Reception Team that answered our every demand and provided solutions with grace, offering the most seamless experience and outstanding service.

 The hotel aesthetic is flawless for the most demanding tastes for modern architecture, everything is comfortable and found exactly where needed.
The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are spacious, everything you may need is always available and nothing is missing, down to the tiniest detail. 
The staff is all around exceptional, starting from the cleaning staff that asks if anything is needed multiple times a day.

The food is excellent, in particular the more traditional recipes that we were more than happy to find. In fact, the whole hotel has a respect for tradition which is present at every step, seamlessly blended with international and modern options, which we particularly appreciated. Traditional pastries are to die for. 

The drinks are delicious, we were spoiled by Mr. Mohammed at Splash pool bar and Mr. Mahmood and Mr. Ahmet at Indigo all vacation long.
 The staff at the restaurant is of rare kindness and truly offers the best service all-round.

It is a rare, if not unique occurrence, that we found no “cons” in our stay, as we are accustomed to having a bit less than we have at home when we travel, but this was not the case at Sunrise Anjum, as we slept exceptionally, ate incredibly well, had great fun and were met with the finest kindness. 

As we arrived we were greeted with “Welcome Home” and nothing resonates more now that we left, as we think we have found a home away from home and we can’t wait to be back. 

You simply must visit this place.

I cannot say anything negative about the resort and it’s hospitality, but would suggest not to make use of NLT Limousine service found in the hotel lobby, not only is the service limited, but Mr Mustafa is extremely rude in his approach with guests. Leaving us in a very difficult situation with a small baby risking to be late for our return flight home whilst he screams at us after mistaking our transfer. Luckily the resort management was very helpful in trying to help us solve the issue.

The staff are all super kind and helpful in everything. From accommodating last minute late checkout requests to the smallest details such as providing us with a special small bath for my 7 month old baby. The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a two bedroom family room and it was perfect for our family.

I got to many times questions by the hotel staff while I was relaxing in the beach asking if I wanted to buy something ( massage,tour ecc.) Too much. I suggest to don't do that. People wanna chill

Nothing, it was perfect!

An absolutely spectacular hotel, I truly could not recommend it more. We came back from our stay so refreshed and revitalised. The hotel is stunning, it's the perfect balance of feeling really natural and in keeping with the scenery, and luxurious. The facilities are amazing, with the pools and the private beach all being beautiful and spotlessly clean However, the thing that truly sets it apart is the staff. I honestly felt like I was part of the family immediately and the combination of incredible warmth and welcoming and spectacular service was some of the best I have ever experienced. The list of staff who made our trip special is so long, but some of the most notable are Mustafa on the animation team, Syead in Basilico, Muhammad, Elsayag and Farag at the Boscage restaurant (Farag surprised us with a beautiful romantic table set up for our dinner one evening, complete with petals strewn everywhere and candles!), and Mahmoud in the kitchen. Saying that, every single staff member we interacted with could not have been kinder, more friendly and seemed so genuinely invested in making sure we were having the best time the whole time we were there. I was so sad when we had to leave and will absolutely be coming back as quickly as possible!

Our first trip to Egypt and Sunrise Anjum was the best choice we could have made! The team created such a beautiful place to relax and wind down. The food and drinks were really good as well. In general, there is a lot offered (3 pools, beach with house reef, tennis, animation, mini golf) but it is still not overwhelming or too crowded. Our highlight were the kind and attentive people working at the resort! We felt really welcomed :) The diving center is great as well.

It's a bit isolated and takes an hour from Marsa Alam airport to get there by taxi. There's nothing in the area within a short travel time from the hotel to visit (it's a 5 hour drive one way to Luxor for example). You can take day trips snorkelling or diving but otherwise you're pretty much just in the hotel, which is totally fine because it's great, but just be aware of that. We found the animators and loud music around the pool bar every couple hours a bit irritating and had to change rooms because of it. The other pools and the beach are much more relaxed though. There was also an unfortunate bit of construction work going on next door, but it wasn't noisy for the whole time and couldn't be heard everywhere.

The food was brilliant, with a large selection we didn't get bored of the food even after 7 days. Great salads, breads, dips, hot/cold foods, desserts and drinks means you can eat as healthy as you want, or stuff yourself like a pig because it's holiday and why not. The staff go out of their way to make sure you're having a great stay and they are all super friendly and welcoming. They really try hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. We took the honeymoon suite but found it a bit noisy by the pool bar, so they found us a new room with absolutely no hesitation which was great. They also went out of their way to make sure we were fed and had a lunchbox for our trip home on the last day. The facilities are all very nice and clean, the pools are heated which was great since we went at the end of winter, great drinks service around the pool and at the beach. Housekeeping was also excellent, keeping not just the room but also the paths and hallways very clean. We went as a couple but it's also good for people with kids. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend it

Nothing to point out, everything was exceptional.

Every single detail of our stay was wonderfully curated. The staff kindness and care was beyond expectations. The food offer was broad from breakfast to dinner, breakfast specially was incredible. The drinks at the bar were fresh and perfect for refreshing throughout the day and night. The animation team, specially Mahmoud and Mustafa were super kind and funny, making our nights enjoyable with great shows and fun games during the day at the pool. In occasion of our anniversary the staff made this event even more romantic by surprising us with decorations and fresh desserts in the room everyday. The view from the room front sea was just as incredible as the aesthetics of the whole resort with is minimal yet modern and pleasing in every corner. The gym is perfectly clean and has all the necessary for a basic training, open 12 hours a day, very good extra. The room facilities and comfort were exceptional and the toiletries very high quality. We were so sad to leave such an heaven on earth, but we did with our hearth full. Thank you so much to the staff, we’ll be back soon!

The only small downside was the laundry service, which took longer than expected. It wasn’t same-day but rather delivered late the following night. While not a major issue, a quicker turnaround would be appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Anjum! The aesthetic of the hotel is stunning, with beautifully designed spaces that create a relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious dishes. The beach was perfect—clean, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff making sure everything was just right. I also loved the massage experience—it was truly relaxing and professional.

We had an absolutely magnificent vacation. Since the reservation time we have been in contact with the managing director Abdelsalam to make sure that we had everything planned as expected well before our arrival. On the arrival at the Sunrise Anjum Resort we were welcomed with a drink and sweets by Mahmoud and Moamen, alongside their staff, in an enormous and breathtaking hall with a brick dome, all elegantly but practically furnished. Since the check-in the guest is provided with a chic bracelet associated with the guest to give access to the plentiful plethora of services, bars and restaurants. Our 55 square meter bedroom, a junior suite with a pool view, went beyond our expectations; elegantly and modernly furnished with WiFi access point in the bedroom itself, always replenished minibar, smart Tv, with an outstanding bathroom and nevertheless cozy and clean. It was perfect for our experience The charm and the refined elegance of this place is incredible. The professionalism and attention to the detail of the staff is top-notch, always available and gentle nevertheless, going from professional care, almost maniacal, of the chores for the room to the restaurants, the pools and the beach. This place is beautiful, not excessively large and chaotic, with gardens and plants daily taken care of, lights and good-sounding playlists, giving the evening view another unplayable and unparalleled level of experience. Pools are plentiful and scattered around the whole resort, immaculately cleaned and with clear water. The resort is also furnished with bars scattered everywhere, serving free drinks, without any concern given by the ice. Animation in Sunrise Anjum Resort is not invasive and plentiful according to the taste, with daytime activities and nighttime exhibitions. It’s ideal for an escape from the daily routine to relax and to feel cuddled. This place is absolutely recommended and it went beyond any of our expectations, we absolutely recommend it
