The light too weak in the bathroom, shower cabin would use some more cleaning.

They accepted early check-in, really appreciated after a night on the bus from Luxor. Good for 1 night, for our needs location was good as well, good breakfast. Restaurant upstairs has a nice view over the zoo (practically a green area) and food was also fine.

The location was fantastic in quiet place and also for the tourists will be fantastic becouse it's almost downtown near evrything. It was nice staying there it's not fantasy place but it's cousy and not to much people you see.

While I had a positive experience overall, there were a couple of areas that could be improved: 1-Room Comfort: Initially, I found the room to be less comfortable due to a small and noisy bed. However, upon reporting this to the staff, they promptly addressed the issue by changing my room, which I appreciated. 2-Cleanliness: I also noticed that the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom could be improved. There were some cleanliness issues that I believe need more attention to ensure a satisfactory stay for all guests.

1-Location: The hotel's location was very convenient for me as it is close to Cairo University, which was essential for my trip. 2-Breakfast: I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast provided at the hotel. It offered an amazing selection of local Egyptian 3-breakfast items, which added a delightful touch to my mornings. 3-Staff: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist me and every other guest with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent, thanks to these factors."

1. no facilities 2. refregirator not workibg and spill water inside the room 3. no kattle no iron in the room 4. dirty walls 5. poor room illumination. difficult to study at night 6. very expensive price compared with no facilities in the room 7. very expensive resturant for near normal type of food and drinks

Staff very helpful & friendly.. There is a rooftop restaurant with views of the zoo, which would have been spectacular in its hay day but is closed, unfortunately, still the view is nice.

My balcony view was poor , facing other neighbors , no street seen . the room was very narrow . the cost is high comparing to the room location and size . no facilities such as a water boiler or hair drier .

The location of the hotel is very central . the view from the top restaurant is very good , the service the not bad , the receptionist is helpful .

The room was mostly clean, but just a bit uncared for. Still, it's not the worst, it's not the best. It's alright. And fine for 2 nights.

The view and the rooftop top Restaurant were great! The room was an experience. The bathroom was alright. The Flash didn't work The first night, but they fixed it The next morning. :-) Staff was very friendly and forthcoming.
