My family really enjoy the stay there. The receptionist were very helpful.

Only the entrance of this place doesn't look good.

Everything is clean and modern, very comfortable stay, reliable WiFi, great AC, very convenient + mostly quiet location in downtown, and amazing staff. I totally recommend this place!

The place was clean and tidy and they got good facilities in the room including breakfast in bed which was nice.

The lift was run down and downstairs area was a bit unkept and finding the place was slightly confusing.

The inside was clean and looks nice. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Good location. They very 24/7 available for help or any questions.

The outside was very suspicious and run down so we were a bit scared. But everything worked out well.

Really lovely room in a great location, near to the metro. The room was very large, and looks exactly as in the pictures. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, even helped us to order food to the hotel. Breakfast was nice and plentiful, and they even prepared it for us early before our early check out. Beds were comfortable. Fridge in the room. Bathroom is big and clean and the wall jets were great. They also arranged a private driver for us who was excellent. We would recommend Islam as a driver if you need one for the pyramids etc.

The entrance was a bit spooky, very dated building but you can take the lift and don't need to worry about taking the stairs. The actual hotel is nothing like the entrance appears. A little noisy outside at night time but it's eid so take that with a grain of salt.

The hostel is very attentive to cleanliness. The staff is highly respectful and very polite in their communication. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located, so anything you need is conveniently nearby

We were my partner and me forbidden to recieve any guest und we musst use to separate rooms or to leave the door of our room always opened!! We left the hostel after three nights and still waiting compensation/ refund of the rest four nights. It was bad experience and not acceptable for us, so we left the hostel.

Everything was fine. The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was just complete. The location is perfect as it is central. Even if it is in city center, the room was isolated and had quite nights.

The place was excellent overall. It offered easy access to the main city attractions, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very good. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They consistently went above and beyond to assist us - every time we asked for something, they responded promptly and provided what we needed. Thank you for the wonderful experience. ☺️

I booked the quadruple room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The quality of the room fixtures unmatched the entrance and elevator. The staff were all kind and friendly and very accommodating esp Ms. Nour. The location is just a walking distance to egyptian museum and Moh. naguib metro station and Tahrir square. They have good breakfast, and free Wifi. The boy in the reception is also sweet he will offer you coffee and tea anytime.

It’s quite noisy in the street, you could hear the car noise on 6th floor. But it didnt bother me that much.

everything is good.it’s quite and clean.Nour is a good girl and be nice to me all the time. this is my favorite hostel in Egypt.
