The hotel, beach, service, food - everything was amazing. We loved sandy beaches a lot, especially kids enjoyed it. People working there are also very attentive, Christine from customer service was very helpful, the staff working in restaurants, bars were very professional. I got sore throat from AC and thanks to special tea made by Alaa at the bar I got better soon. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Christine, staff at reception, restaurants, chef of the restaurant at the beach, staff at the bars, beach, staff driving carts etc. for making the trip so memorable. Thanks!

Abit far from downtown, and getting Ubers were a nightmare due to drivers always trying to haggle

I recently spent my vacation at *Jaz Soma Beach*, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The beach was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The food was delicious and varied, offering something for every taste. The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I would like to give special thanks to: - Mahmoud, Shaimaa, and Mohamed Abou Gabal at the *reception and lobby bar* for their warm hospitality. - Romany from housekeeping for keeping everything spotless and comfortable. - Attia at the pool bar for always serving with a smile. The beach is clean and well arranged, swimming pools are spacious and well equipped. Very good Dinning areas across the facility with a variety of good food matching every taste. Excellent hospitality from all staff members.

Everything was really above expectations for a 4-Star hotel. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. Mr. Khaled from the guest relations contacted me before our arrival to make sure if we have any special request. The room was spacious and always clean. The pool, kids aqua park and the pool animation team were excellent. The Beach ⛱️ is sandy and the water was amazing and clear. There was a good variety of food at the main restaurant. We really liked the freshly grilled food and the various sides

The inimation team need more energtic and activites and make the time more fun and also the parties should be more better and better shows than this

I would like to thank Mr Khalied for warm welcome and he was waiting for us at the reception although we had check in late but he compensates us and apply late check out free and all the stuff was supportive and the sea was fine no rocks and everything was great. also the eastern and italian restaurants was amazing and very tasty with high quality
