The meals were not varied and were often repetitive - Meals were ordered after midnight, and upon delivery, payment was requested in cash in euros only. It would be preferable if payment could also be accepted in pounds or dollars, or through card payment upon checkout - The air conditioner is not working properly (it is not cooling) - There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom - The furniture needs renovation.

The beach is sandy, very beautiful and clean with a large area and sunbeds always available - The air conditioner repair was requested at the reception, the responsible staff were dispatched and it was fixed immediately so the service was very prompt. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Mr. Gamal the Reservations Manager for his assistance in booking our rooms, and the reception staff for their warm welcome and support in allowing us early check-in. Special thanks also to Mr. Memo from the Animation team and Mr. Ibrahim from the minibar, and all the housekeeping staff. Overall, the resort is beautiful and provides excellent service.

No champagne amongst the drinks . The disco club wasn’t functional , no place to dance the night away unless you leave the resort .

Variation of food maybe, however that’s very difficult to provide as there is so many guests and so many different tastes, but mostly I didn’t appreciate that the animation team just assumed everyone are Russian and spoke to us all the time in Russian.

I liked the location, was very close to the airport, with private beach. Comfortable big bed and very very fast help in case if something was needed - well done to all the Jaz Team!

As a Genius 3 in booking.com! I never expect this kind of comfortable, relax, happy holiday with my family . I was worry about hotel which it is first booking in a egypt hotel but I love it . The staff was perfect and very professional. The reception staff, with special note to Mr. Atef was fantastic . Ahmed, house keeping was very polite and detailed person, Mohamed, and ibrahim in the pool bar was friendly and made the amazing juice mixes. Chief Hany and his staff( mohamed, Abdel rahman, mahmoud, ibrahim, and many others) were great. There was a wide variety of food that fits every taste,that changes daily, international buffet specialty the Egyptian food ( hawawshy , kofta ,and grilled chicken) The entertainment team were super friendly. Honestly it was just a great experience , sad to leave. Highly recommend!!
