Away from all the noise of Cairo. Hotel is in a peaceful area. The view of the Pyramids from the rooftop are awesome.

The swimming pool is a bit on the small side. Food was great but there was no change. All four days breakfast was the same. There are no wifi in the room we were in however there was wifi in reception and on the rooftop.

Perfect stay at Cairo with a nice view of the Pyramids from the rooftop. Abdelkarim welcomed us early as our flight arrived before the check-in time, and we had a quick breakfast. The room was clean and big, with all the necessary things and good air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and responsive, all of them — from the receptionist, bellboy, waiter, to the chef. The chef prepared very delicious dishes at a reasonable price, with a variety of options. The location is near the Pyramids (a quick car ride) and perfect for people who want to avoid noise and traffic. It’s far from the center, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. There are grocery stores about a 5-minute walk away. The pool is open at all hours, which allows you to refresh yourself during the hot nights of Cairo. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Cairo. Can’t thank the staff enough. <3

Nothing.. Very good value for the money

The pool was a big plus. Breakfasts were plentiful and enjoyable. Location was very quiet. Staff were helpful even though some could not speak much English.

Sometimes hard to communicate with reception staff as their English was very limited. No knowledge of a good close by restaurant to eat dinner at. Take care to find the curreny price quoted when using their driver. No cups in the room even though a kettle was provided. We should not have had to ask for them.

The staff are amazing and very helpful, it’s very quite if your looking for a chill holiday this is a perfect location to relax peacefully

Room is beautiful

Long wait for foods at restaurant and TV is doesnt work. And food menu no have all.

The hotel is clean and the stuff is very helpful.The rooftop view is stunning, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious.

Location. Unfortunately, there is nothing around the hotel (like shops, restaurants).

Breakfast was great, well presented and plenty of food. Also a good view of the pyramids from the swimming pool. Osama also helped us with a tour in Cairo on our last day.

Amazing view from the rooftop, very good breakfast, clean room

Doors to our room could be barely opened, because the floor was uneven. We had a problem with heating because air conditioner was broken so it was very cold in our room. Location of the hotel is also not the best. No shops, cafes or restaurants are availae nearby, so you have to rely on the taxis. Internet didn’t work properly (it worked only first few hours, later not and it caused me problems).

For a short stay this hotel offers excellent value for money. The only minus is the area. Here is absolutely nothing, so you are stuck in the hotel. No retsaurants, no shops etc. But surely we would stay here again if only for one or two nights. Heres i a wonderfull rooftop with the view to the pyramids, very clean, and very very nice brakfast. The hotel arrange excursions and airport transfers at very competitive rates with short notice. The staff is over the target, helpfull and extremely friendly. We booked a room with the balcony and we really had a wonderful time here. But more than two night (if not having the days full of sightseing) would be to much. We can only recommend this hotel..

The area - absolutely nothing to do.

Mohommed Abkreem and the driver Sayed did an excellent job in keeping us comfortable and safe. The pyramid views from the top floor with the pool and restaurant was beautiful. I appreciated the honesty from the hotel staff. We had previously booked an hotel of the booking.com website and the photos from the website vs reality was totally different. We were shocked when we checked in .My wife and I didn't sleep at all and waited the next morning to leave.Mohommed from Sofia Pyramids arranged for us to Check in early at 10 am and arranged us a beautiful egyptian breakfast.He really went out of his way after our ordeal . Also the hotel is based in a queit road away from all the traffic noises of Giza.So we slept peacefully. Thank You Mohommed and Sayed 😁

The breakfast is so good

There are mosquitoes and there’s no hair dryer

The rooms were quite nice, and it’s not difficult to get a cab to see places from there, also the staff were also nice

Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good! And loved the rooftop view to the pyramids! Staff was really friendly.

The wifi does not work at all. Some rooms are connected too close that you can hear noise from the other rooms. And location is somewhat difficult to find for some taxi drivers.

Close to the Pyramids. Secure location. Quiet and peaceful, away from the constant buzz of Giza and Cairo.

As an experienced traveller, you know, small details can be like the salt in the soup: the property might have great potential, but: -cold (literally as the temperature and emotionally with the decoration) place: no a rug, nice lights (different lumens, cold white and warm white leds varies, making everything annoying + not enough hot water -dirty bathroom, corridor (they even washed their mop in the washbasin… this hygienisch questionable -poor reception: bad English and not helpful (they did not help to organise transfer, change money etc)

The pyramid views 😍 Friendly and very helpful staff - Mohamed and Mahmoud at reception, Sayed the driver, Amr Bakr and Eslam Morad made sure we had a wonderful stay! Central location and easy to get an Uber around.

Nothing - it was comfortable and clean.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on the roof top terrace with the sparkling pool & the view of the pyramids in the distance was a great way to start the day.

We have been at the hotel for 6 days, and we got amazing experience. Especially thanks to Eslam and Amar Bakr for being super friendly and good service at the restaurant. They helped us a lot with everything that we needed. Very happy with our hotel choice.

Food was very good, all staff was kind and always available for our request, they really tried their best to help us with everything

30€ for a vegetarian dinner for 2 in Giza it’s way more that the average price in town

The staffs are so friendly and the hotel owner Mahmoud is a very friendly man. It's my 3rd time lodging in Giza and this is the best hotel so far. You get more than the value of your money.

It is well situated if your are going to see the pyramids, much better value than staying in down town Cairo. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We wanted to leave for the pyramids and an excursion before the restaurant opened for breakfast, but they made an effort to open the restaurant a bit early so we would get some breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious. Nice view of the pyramids day time and night time. If you are going to be going on excursions in anywhere nearby, it is much better value for money to stay here and than a hotel in Cairo with the same standard.

Swimming pool is very very small and in front of everyone's eyes on the roof terrace. Very uncomfortable for a woman to go in there.
