This was mybsecond stay in the hotel. Spacious room with amazing terrace e overlooking the beach and sunrise. The hotel.is somehow dated, but maintained, staff from reception, to chefs, cleaners. .... all deserve 5 stars. I enjoyed the near by diving centre ( part of the same hitel beach) and completed PADI. So convenient.... And instructor kind, knowledgeable... Viola, the dining room coordinator, was attentive, always thinking Kingdom out of the box, and helped me to identify places out of the hotel for a few evenings. So, price is average, food average, but staff, location does well.make it up. Go for it.

The food was adequate for the price level, however the waiting staff were extremely attentive. The room cleaners di a fantastic job and were very respectful.

I wished they had the paid-out option as card was not accepted in transportation, and ATM machine declined my cash withdrawal.

Although I booked a double room, I was given a twin room at the check-in, they could not change it due to full-capacity. The clientele is very noisy, especially at night and there's no sound isolation in the rooms, so unfortunately no sleep at night. If you do not book "all-inclusive" or come with a tour, it might be tricky to find a bite, the restaurants have opening-closing hours (yet the room service is amazing).

The staff is amazing, despite the noise from the other guests and some mishaps due to the building (electricity/water), the staff are the most helpful ever! Especially Sayed from housekeeping, Viola from the restaurant and Ibrahim from the room service, they are always there when needed and solve the problems very fast. The animation team are very warm and helpful too. The beach is great (no classic sand but rather a hard-sand) with adequate distance between umbrellas and the "do not disturb" flag works like a charm. The jetty towards the sea crosses over the reef and provides a good swimming area, swarming with colorful fish. Do not forget your mask & snorkel.

I didn’t like that the hotel is quite far from the downtown area (the souk) and also from Nemmabay. Additionally, the lack of a sandy beach was disappointing, and while there are two swimming pools, one is too far to be convenient. The parking area is also not covered, which leaves the car extremely hot during the day.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and found the room to be comfortable. The food was also quite good. However, I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t have a sandy beach, and while one of the swimming pools is convenient for swimming, the other is located too far away. Additionally, the parking area isn’t covered, which leaves the car exposed to the sun, making it extremely hot during the day.

When I first arrived at my room, I noticed my tissue box was almost empty, and toilet papers were almost out. These were supposed to be disposed of and replaced by new ones as I am a new customer in the room. The shower needs to be upgraded because every time i showered, i needed to dry the whole bathroom floor.

The location is very calm, and the whole place is huge, very neat and clean. It's a bit far from main attractions, so you need taxis all the time to get to the fun part of the city. The laundry service was great. Room size and view exceed expectations. Room service was fast and very reliable.

Obviously hard hit by Covid but staff really good in trying to make sure guests have a good experience. Meals and drinks very expensive if you are not on a full inclusive package. Well worth considering taking the all inclusive package.

The hotel internet is bad. Get a local SIM card for data usage, at the airport or the hotel shop.

The staff are the hotel's real stars. Natalia at Guest Services was highly professional and efficiently helped us on a number of occasions. Ibram ditto, at the Lebanese restaurant in the evening, at breakfast and on the beach. The location is fine, long beach with well spaced out chaise longues.
