The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioning is not the best especially for such a hot country

1) Shower in my room wasn't working properly along with the water pressure which made it kind of difficult to use 2) Facilities (public bathrooms) were almost dirty and stinky and I wouldn't recommend using them.

This accommodation, though of very nice architecture and well equipped, has come in the years and a certain patina can be seen everywhere. An overhaul would be due in order to get it back up to a high quality, shiny state. Especially the key card system is completely out of date, based on magnetic cards that should never be in proximity of the mobile phone as this will cause a walk to the reception to get the key re-magnetized.

I have to say that I was very, very impressed with the Sharm Plaza/Resort. We booked this all inclusive holiday for 5 at an extraordinary low price and I was very scepitcal what to expect, especially after I read some negative comments about the food, that it did not live up to the definition of "all inclusive" and that staff was not friendly. NOTHING could be further from the truth. I was very, very positivly surprised by everything: it is beautiful hotel with a very nice architeture, it has a fantastic beach which almost beats even the Ras Mohammed Marine Park with lots of fish, there is plenty of excellent food at breakfast, lunch and dinner with lots of choices on salads, main dishes and especially pastries and sweets. The staff, from the reception to the waiters and room serives, were extremely friendly and helpful on any request made. I would book this one any time again.

Rooms need huge upgrade. A lot of things need proper repair in the rooms. Food quality needs a lot of work. There are two jettys that are wrecked and need a full upgrade. Response time in the reception and room service is very bad, it took a day and half to get room towels especially we checked in without towels already in the room (but this could be due to pressure of a fully booked hotel, the staff is very friendly and is trying to do their best). There is a a very bad smell at the pool area (probably sewage problems).

Staff is the best thing in the place, could be the only thing that holds the place together. Room decoration is cool. Food has good variety. Location of the hotel is very cool. Beach is very nice. Option of having reservation in other restaurants other than open buffet.

Reception team reluctant to help. No WiFi in the rooms, you have to go to the reception to get WiFi which is a distance if you are in the beachfront rooms. The mini fridges in the rooms don't work. Could not get ironing service.

although cleanliness couldve been better, the staff doesnt hesitate to do what needs to be done to make us comfortable, changed our rooms and cleaned them for us till we were satisfied.

The hotels location was great, beach is right there, multiple restaurants, huge huge hotel so lots of pools and whatnot. Food was nice, lots of variety. Id especially recommend the Italian restaurant. Beach had some of the best corals id ever seen. Staff was incredibly attentive to our every need. Very much appreciated.

We had to ask plenty of time for missing material in the room (toilet paper, towels,..) The room has been cleaned once in the whole week. Reservation of the restaurants was a mess, very bad organization because in order to spare money it was possible to reserve only from 10 to 10.10 am and when we caught the reservation not all the dishes disposed on the menu where actually avaible. overall clealingness was quite low.

We need to take action because the TV in the room doesn't work well, the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room, and there are mosquitoes in the hotel area.

I especially enjoyed the sea view from the hotel area, and the view of the sea from the room was very beautiful, especially at dawn and sunset.
