The Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Every interaction, from the written to personal, was prompt, effective and rewarding. The apartment was huge and all the facilities one could think of for a complete self catering. Ours had a huge fridge/freezer, large electrical oven, gas cooker, air fryer, a very elaborate sink, a washing machine and a microwave (please do provide a plate lid for that brilliant microwave!! Food splatters everywhere without). My only recommendation will be to install a small dishwasher to save water for the hotel, and time for the guests. Also to ensure the cleanliness of the dishes in between the users. I had to rewash several plates, cups and all the cuttlery before allowing my family to use them. Cleaning standards of different people do vary 😅 There is plenty of hot water and great pressure in the showers. We had two balconies overlooking the swimming pools and even a drying rack for the towels and clothes. The apartment block is obviously still in the early stages of usage after construction so while a lot of things are brand new, others are still lacking, nothing of essence though. The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had a massive, albeit unfinished/unfurnished top floor terrace. There is a grocery shop right outside the apartment block that was open at all times and provided the basics. The swimming pool with the slides was a big hit with the kids. The slides are only open from 3 - 6pm, to help you manage your kids' expectations. We were overall very happy and comfortable otherwise. Staff was very responsive, special mention and thanks to Ali who was always only a text away to arrange anything of need for us.

Unfortunately not all things in the apartment number one was functional, hair drier defect, hood in the kitchen not working at all, bad smell in the kitchen and bathrooms, water in shower only with two options, steaming hot or cold, cockroaches from time to time, not functional television in the bedroom, only in living room. Working noises early in the morning due to renovation.Staff is slow responding to requests, but somehow it works.

Well located in a quiet place, gate staff very friendly and polite. The apartment was spatios, pool was quiet and nice.

Everything the facilities the staff I would recommend everyone to go there it is really a nice place specially for family nice swimming pool in front of every room, nice location no disturbance.

The main bedroom smelled strongly of cigarettes; overall the apartment feels a bit cramped inside for the number of beds it has. We had lots of problems staying connected to the wifi.

Staff was very helpful, there was a shuttle to a beach club which was included in the price of the room. Pools were nice. Supermarket nearby, and a restaurant (which wasn't that good, to be honest).

Everything from start to finish was exceptional, from a great welcome to end. Bakr was always just a call away incase we needed anything. Also, Customer service was 10/10. The complex was very clean and peaceful. Exactly what we wanted. The apartment was clean and modern. I can't wait to come back again.

If Internet is unreliable, just buy a local sim with data, which we did. Not much of complaint but rather a suggestion for those who need it. No hard feelings, team :)

Once you understand that is Egypt and it's self-catering accommodation, all is great. Over winter expect a cold dive in the pool, not heated. But the sea is 3 min by car and 15 walk and it's always amazing and warm (best beach/reef in whole Sharm in my opinion) and the sun... the sun... We booked a 3 bedroom flat with an outside terrace and the experience was more than great overall. Staff is always very friendly and keen to answer quickly to your requests. Well positioned, very close to airport, but we were happy to have a rented car to move around (cheap, petrol crazy cheap too). A supermarket with basics, around the corner. The rest of the resort is driving distance only. I've heard that taxis are very cheap though. Chating with some expats living there, I think this was a top choice. Well done all! Thank you!

The apartment itself should be cleaner. There was no.vacuum.cleaner and when I asked they said they will try to arrange. With our youngest 3 years old we needed to clean bit could not. The oven was left from previous user or owner without cleaning as well. No soap was available...after 1-2 days you make it work by buying necessity stuff. Also tere was construction of apartmenst on first raw close to road. Big trucks bringing cement and 3-4 days work.continued till late evening. This is most probably due to off season and time allowed for construction. Without saying it was a lot of dust around

Location close to airport and Soho square. To city center 30min drive but quite good access with Ring road. Felt safe and.secure.
