- despite the "do not disturb" sign hung under our umbrella, we had to endure too many disturbances when we were lying on our sunbeds: someone nearly approached us every 10minutes either to sell a service or to ask unwelcome questions. Every single day. - too many obnoxious customers (shouting to each other in the distance/ throwing waste underneath the sunbeds/ using phones with the loudspeaker on, even during the live music show at happy hour time, etc)- -Despite the dress code recommendations very few customers would bother to dress up for dinner - the majority just shows up in their sleeveless shirts, shorts and flipflops.

We really enjoyed the excellent quality of the bedding and the linen, the very comfortable and spacious deluxe bedroom, almost perfectly soundproof, and close to the beach and the Baywatch restaurant. The cleanliness was impeccable everywhere and the service staff was nice and professional, many of them speaking a very good English. Breakfast and buffet meals were to our taste, both in terms of freshness and variety. The main lobby is beautiful, the building quality is solid and the wonderful gardens are neatly maintained - such a luxury to walk under the blooming trees. Finding an umbrella and sunbeds on the beach was easy, but you need to walk the pontoon and go down the ladder to enter the sea. We loved to snorkel through the abundant coral reef.

The power cut happened a few times which i was disappointed with. Once lasted for 3 hours. Also, the snorkel area(6pm) and swimming pools(7pm) shut too early.

The whole setup is really good and the food is excellent. Staff and service excellent. We had a wonderful time.

We had a very nice stay in Aug 25. Hotel is big, although not new, its well preserved and maintained. Gardens and grass are lush, rooms spacious, toilets big and modern, every room is clean and has balcony with some kind of nice view, either garden, pool or beach. Its has 5 pools, 2 salty with bar ínside. There are hundreds of sunbeds so no race for sunbeds as other resorts, incluinding beach huts which are always available. Animation is nice day and night. Lobbies are beautiful and theres a 24 h bar. Its has 2 main all inclusive restaurants, one main near lobby another by the beach and five thematic restaurants from Indian to mexican, from asian to marocan also included. There s a wide range of food in the main restaurants buffets and its reasonable, could be better but still good. Now, Im my opinion the best this hotel has: when on the beach there is a pier stretching some 50 m into the ocean. At the end, it has stairs for a 12 m deep coral reef with thousands of fish around, making it a snorklers paradise. Awsome.

I had a wonderful stay at Serenity Alpha Beach. First, I want to thank Mr. Osama at the reception for his warm welcome and for giving me a free room upgrade without me even asking. He was very helpful during my whole stay. The hotel is excellent, I booked all inclusive and the food was very good, tasty, and with a lot of variety. I especially enjoyed breakfast at the beach restaurant, it was really special and had some gourmet options. The main restaurant is also big with many choices. A big thank you as well to Chef Alaa for the amazing desserts — he really cares about the quality and details, something I don’t usually see even in more expensive hotels. The animation team was great too, very friendly and funny, they made the atmosphere so lively with their shows and activities. The beach is beautiful and perfect for snorkeling, with many coral reefs right by the shore. There are also many different pools, and I visited the Aqua Park at the sister hotel Serenity Alma — it was very big with all kinds of slides. I usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel twice because I prefer trying new places, but I think I will come back here again. With the high prices of hotels nowadays, it’s hard to find another place that offers such good value, service, cleanliness, and quality. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at Serenity Alpha Beach Makadi, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The whole place is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which makes you feel comfortable and relaxed the moment you arrive. The swimming pools are beautiful, spacious, and very well looked after – perfect whether you want to swim, relax on a sunbed, or just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The restaurants and food were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes with something for everyone, always fresh and beautifully presented. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone I met was professional, polite, and genuinely kind, always going the extra mile to make sure guests feel happy and well taken care of.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful and located right on the beach, where you can go snorkeling and see stunning marine life. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of variety and even different à la carte restaurants to try. The staff were incredibly kind and always helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend it!

From start to finish, everything was spot on – amazing service, friendly faces, and an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Special shout-out to Alla at the pool bar – an absolute legend. Always welcoming, quick with the drinks, and just a genuinely great guy. Mohammed at the main pool bar was just as fantastic – friendly, professional, and always making sure everyone was happy. Husain, our “crazy waiter” (in the best possible way), brought so much fun and energy to every meal – but also delivered top-notch service. We absolutely loved him! And then there’s Mohammed, the head waiter in the restaurant – what a guy! We love you, mate! You made every meal feel like a gathering with friends. So many laughs, jokes, and even sharing family stories – you truly made us feel like part of the hotel family. The food was top class – every dish was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We also had the pleasure of meeting the top chef – and we just want to say: thank YOU and your team for doing such an amazing job! Mansoor at the main pool was another standout – helpful, kind, and always ready to assist. The customer service girls and the reception staff were exceptional too – always smiling, polite, and ready to go the extra mile. A big thank you as well to our brother from housekeeping – what a star! Our room was always spotless, and the minibar was always fully stocked (a small detail, but so appreciated!). This was my first time here and in hurghada in general but not my last thats for sure. It really did exceeded my expectations. The resort is magnificent. It felt like first day every day. Unreal beaty. Huge also. Impeccable clean. Food amazing. What else can i say.. for me, it was heaven. Lobby clean and spacious, always cool and nice smell to it. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Kerolos greeted us with a warm and welcoming check-in. The dining team was exceptionally friendly, and every detail was thoughtfully cared for through to our checkout. One of the highlights of our stay was the Serenity Spa. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, and the massages were truly exceptional—some of the best we’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped in, it was white glove service. The therapists were attentive, skilled, and thoughtful, creating a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that left us refreshed in every way. Ms. Mariam, our guest relations host, made us feel genuinely welcomed and loved at every step. Even though we booked our excursions with an outside vendor, the staff knew exactly what we did and welcomed us back with enthusiasm, making us feel truly seen and valued. Everything was great, but maybe the desserts from the buffet could improve. Other than that, we would be happy to go back!

We loved everything: the kind staff, the ambiance, the installations and view. I particularly enjoyed the free courses offered such as zumba, aquagym, yoga, that I practiced everyday! Also, there were everyday animations at night and amazing music during the day, together with a nice drink. You have many food options available in many restaurants. The view of the ones next to the beach is amazing! The most delicious food was in the Marrocan restaurant, 10/10. We will come back next year for sure!

The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone each day. We especially loved the amazing coral reef just off the beach — perfect for snorkeling! The hotel has a beautiful, green and well-kept territory, which made the whole stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended!
