You feel special in this hotel, they take care of everyone and they are adjusting according to your situation. All the staff are helpful, caring and friendly. At the front desk, I remember Mr.Moemen and Mr.Ruwais they were so helpful and very polite. The restaurant has a variety of food and has a new menu every day even for breakfast. Mr. Milad suggested and booked for us a beautiful dinner in an Arabic grill restaurant that has an amazing taste and a live band with Arabic music. Staff in the pool are very active serving everyone so fast and with a very beautiful smile. Housekeeping staff are answering your requests at all times. The hotel has a perfect location with a nice beach, a coral snorkelling area and a waterpark. I recommend this place for families and I definitely will go back there again.

The staff here are so helpful and kind, I would like to thank Jemmy for looking after us with providing the best drink service we have ever had, also Mo'man and his team at reception nothing was to much for them, we will definitely be coming back

Some of the staff near the pool bar are a bit cold.

The alcohol beverages could have been much stronger!

We loved how modern and clean resort was. There was plenty of activities for adults and children which was perfect. The restaurants were amazing and delicious. Staff were really friendly and always went above and beyond. The resort was maintained really well. I would revisit!

The hotel is just wonderful! Definitely recommend and will come back again! Everything is great, the location is a quiet bay, the sea is incredible with a sandy entrance through the beach and a very wide beach line. The restaurant and cafe on the beach make your stay on the beach very comfortable, the waiters carry the order right to your bed. The entrance to the sea is cleared, it is sandy and very comfortable, our children just swam by themselves every day. The staff - how wonderful they are, very nice, smiling, always ready to help and make your arrival as pleasant as possible. The guys at the reception thank you very much, you really did everything to make us feel comfortable, the staff in the kitchen, and all the bars, great room service every day. Our room was just great, very convenient with access to the pool. Great food and cocktails, sparkling wine every day. A nice contingent of guests, mostly people from England, Germany and Holland, without a lot of guests from the "404" country. Very cool animation, various activities in different bars for different audiences. Definitely the best hotel in Egypt! Greetings from Ukraine and thank you for finding a children's handbag😉

No snack bar, between 4 and 6. So if you wanted to come back from a trip or was flying home you can grab and go. Would recommend snack bar was open till 6pm x

Cleanliness, staff are all very helpful and friendly. Close to airport Food has vastly improved since our last visit 2 room cleans a day morning and evening. rooms were inter connected which was helpful for a family of 4.

Softer pillows, the volume of the animation teams activities turned down a bit, opening the jetty a little bit earlier for a morning swim

One of the best hotel I have been. Recommend the room with the pool Just in front. We were in a room next to the sea. Amazing hotel with all you need: pools, activities during the day you can book for free, gym, SPA and massage, amazing sea and beach strongly recommended for couples and familles. 20min from the city center. There is the possibility to walk\run along the coast in front of other hotels in all safety.

Unfortunatelly two of us who ate the same thing at the Tiran a la carte restaurant got food poisoning and spend 1.5 days of the trip at the room with vommiting and high fever :( I dont recommend eating meat at the a la carte restaurant, I would prefer eating at the general restaurant area if I come again.

Unfortunately two of us got food poisoned at the a la carte Tiran restaurant, they ate the same meat plate and got same kind of poisoning with vomitting and fever continued for 2 days. Some of the stuffs were very kind ( who works at the restaurant and pool) but some of them ( who works at the coffee shop near the beach) were really rude to women.

Modern and clean building, sandy beach, several pool options, easy access to every area with baby stroller, rooms are big comfortable and clean.

Food was perfect but anything that had ground beef tasted little bit off, didn’t like how it tasted rather than that food was tasty

Just back from. An excellent week at Coral Sea Imperial. Although this is a large hotel it's well thought put. It is not an adult only but there is a separate adult Only section with it's own pool and even in the restaurant. The staff are so friendly and attentive and can't do enough for you. The food is great with plenty of choice. Our room, a swim up room, was a good size and the swim up pool although cooler than the pool was great to have. The a la carte restaurants were excellent. We would definitely return.

The only small thing can be upgraded is the additional bed in the family rooms. It is actually more a sofa than a bed.

Fantastic place, all personnel was amazing, always smiling and supportive. The location is amazing, heated pools for any kind of guests. The sea is a dream, coral reef on the site is a great plus. Food in all restaurants is delicious. I can't find a single reason for not coming back in future.
