    Amazing staying in Sataya resort. Everything is well prepared and attention to details is sensible anywhere in the resort. Three high quality restaurants, several pools and a beach with an outstanding view of the reef. The diving team is really prepared and very helpful, organising day trip excursions and diving certifications.

    Good Quality food. Kids tables in restaurant . Nice beach.

    Electricity cuts frequent. Not much shaded areas to walk under when heading to the pools and beach.

    I had a wonderful experience during my stay with my family. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail.     Everything thing was nice but the front office leader Nader was very helpful guy quick acting with me and my friend he even helped me extend my stay because of my late flight

    After one week at Sataya Resort, Marsa Alam, I could say that my experience had both pros and cons. However, there are some good things such as the genuinely nice staff, the sea, the aqua park, and the in-pool bar. Overall, our experience was both good and bad, but I don't think we will be coming back any time soon. Everyone was trying to be extra nice, just after our vacation was already ruined.

    Firstly, we found out that under one of the beds and after a few days there was an opened zip-lock bag of mouldy pizza that was here before we came. It was very disgusting. We all were suffering from rashes coughing and sneezing, and under the bed was the answer. Obviously, no one had cleared cleaned or changed the bed sheets and covers. The second thing is that I was scammed by the spa administration. The thing is just to stop the spa guy who was very annoying at the pool and insisting to get us a reservation, I agreed to a one hour of PRIVATE Jacuzzi, Sauna & steam only for the 3 of us. I went there on time, and I checked twice with both the staff there before payment, who assured us that they won't let anyone in. We started with a female staff a 3 minutes of Sauna while which 2 guests where at the jacuzzi I waited and waited and the assigned staff went out 3 times to ask them what she is supposed to do now but no response. I went out myself to be surprised by the worst reply ever...Private means only no staff yet guests are allowed, however I entered the area with a staff!!!! I had to complain to the administration, and the spa manager was so unprofessional and waited a whole day to get my money back.

    The food and the pools were really amazing. Beautiful surroundings and super nice staff. Ahmed al Adawy and Mohammed in the reception were really helpful and poffessional. The same goes to Kariman. Overall every single staff I met were really polite, proffessional and helful.

    One of the best places I ever stayed in Wonderful views and exceptional snorkeling area. The food, the sea and all the team working there starts from reception team, housekeeping, food and animation team. It is really a friendly place. Kids area is really great also for the kids. Overall exceptional

    The water on the beach is till the reef till noon time and it is very hard to enjoy it with kids at this time. Beach and pool beds are not sufficient while the hotel is full or a lot of guests and need to speak to the pool guard or beach personals to get one. Mosquitoes in open areas are painful but inside rooms no issues.

    I liked The stuff .. the size of the room and the view was awesome.

    - Price for the all inclusive package. - location. - activities at the pool and by the sea cafe.

    At the dinning area, i realized that the staff initially are very friendly. Their attitude changes over time of the stay (looks like they were expecting something from me and i failed to meet their expectations so they decided not to waste time with me and the family). Also, there is no consistency for the staff behavior with the guests, looks like they are lacking unified training. Having said that when one of the owners present in the dinning area they all behaved as expected. Gym was not yet ready with no AC yet available at my time of visit. I realized that the gym is outsourced and still new. The food quality is normal but to be honest lot of varieties. For Egyptians, watch out you will treated as tourists and you will be paying in Euros. No advantages for being egyptian in this resort. With no surprises they will be pay the least attention in Safari or snorkeling…etc.

    The property is very diverse and people spread nicely so it’s never to crowded in one place. There is an aquapark, several pools (adults-only, relax pools, animated pools), the beautiful beach. Also the greenery is meticulously kept in place.
