Amazing staying in Sataya resort. Everything is well prepared and attention to details is sensible anywhere in the resort. Three high quality restaurants, several pools and a beach with an outstanding view of the reef. The diving team is really prepared and very helpful, organising day trip excursions and diving certifications.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay with my family. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The food and the pools were really amazing. Beautiful surroundings and super nice staff. Ahmed al Adawy and Mohammed in the reception were really helpful and poffessional. The same goes to Kariman. Overall every single staff I met were really polite, proffessional and helful.

The water on the beach is till the reef till noon time and it is very hard to enjoy it with kids at this time. Beach and pool beds are not sufficient while the hotel is full or a lot of guests and need to speak to the pool guard or beach personals to get one. Mosquitoes in open areas are painful but inside rooms no issues.

One of the best places I ever stayed in Wonderful views and exceptional snorkeling area. The food, the sea and all the team working there starts from reception team, housekeeping, food and animation team. It is really a friendly place. Kids area is really great also for the kids. Overall exceptional

The property is very diverse and people spread nicely so it’s never to crowded in one place. There is an aquapark, several pools (adults-only, relax pools, animated pools), the beautiful beach. Also the greenery is meticulously kept in place.

Everything is perfect! The resort is really amazing, with a very nice landscape, lots of greenery, the restaurants are amazing, the room is spacious and clean and luxurious, the view from the room was wonderful. The staff, everyone, is super friendly. The food is great, the pools are really nice and clean. The beach is also amazing. We are newlyweds, so they sent us a sweet honeymoon package to our room and offered us a free room upgrade. We enjoyed our stay there a lot. I definitely recommend it, and I will for sure come back again.

It's a rocky beach, though it was great for snorkelling. And the resort made a marina so you could enjoy the experience.

The only suggestion I have is that the pool and beach areas could use more chairs to accommodate all guests.

The resort is clean and well-equipped. The staff are kind and attentive, always making sure you have the best possible experience. The food was also very good, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. I’ll definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Marsa Alam.

We booked this hotel and trip especially for scuba diving. Due to a fatality back in December, speedboat diving only resumed on our second week and the house reef remained closed throughout our stay. Had this been disclosed upfront we would have gone elsewhere. Reception staff appeared to be abrupt and not helpful.

Generally the hotel was and is excellent. Food is excellent as are the facilities. Rooms are very comfortably and spacious. Ours was an outside jacuzzi room Staff are excellent.

Pools weren't heated it was kinda freezing in the middle of the day ,got better at the end of the day Pools close at 6:30 not sunset and sea closes I guess by 5 or something so it doesn't stay till sunset Aqua park opens only 4 hrz a day not the whole day Italian chef was rude he had a terrible attitude and his pasta was spoiled one day and smelled ,the second day it hurt our stomach so we avoided his dishes for the rest of the stay

Being picky - the slides and pool/beach bar closed quite early, would be good to stay open longer. Sun loungers hard to get unless get up early to reserve and not many rings for the lazy river

No gluten free cakes When I was relaxing by the pool, vendors often came and tried to sell their services, like massages or pedicures. They didn’t always accept a polite “no” and kept insisting, which was very annoying

We got a swim-up apartment facing north, so not much sun in December. Therefore we didn't use the swim-up as it was cold in the shade. Also, the water in the swim up is not exactly warm :) but it's a very small disadvantage.

We loved the whole hotel. Food was nice, the beach is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect if you're looking for a quiet holiday.
