The villa had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and a lovely outdoor area. The private garden and pool were definitely highlights — ideal for quiet afternoons and evening gatherings.

Some equipment's of the house start to show some age and lack of proper maintenance. Some extra bed sheet available in the closet would also be a nice addition.

The house was great, very big and well built, the rooms are really comfortable and the living area perfect to accommodate a big family. The pool was nice as well and the garden very pretty and well maintained. The host is very kind and very very responsive both on Whatsapp and via Booking Chat, we had a quick answer to all of our questions and needs. We didn't have a car to go the beach but we asked around and found some kind people to drop us with some electric karts (not a service available normally).

I had an incredible experience at Safety Palm Oasis! The villa was absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The private pool and garden were perfect for relaxation, offering complete privacy. The location was excellent, providing a peaceful escape while still being close to nearby attractions. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Firstly thanking Mr, Mohammed (the owner) who is been amazing in his communication and ensuring that we had the best and the most relaxing holiday for me and my family. One of the most amazing place that I spent my summer holiday in. This villa beautifully designed and laid out inside and out. Very very clean everything you wish for on your holiday the owner Mr Muhammad thought of it and made it very homie and cosy. Huge accommodation space all air conditioned and there are so many fans. Great kitchen fully equipped. Satellite TV. The list never ends. Even thought of board games for the family to play with. The resort itself is fully equipped of everything you imagine. from a white sandy beach, great supermarket, great restaurant in the hotel as well as sports area football, paddle rocket and a massive golf course also super safe and secure. Food is everywhere around the corner amazing fish restaurants pizza hut. Kfc and in the morning amazing traditional Egyptian breakfast is 7 minutes away. The private swimming pool gets cleaned every day and the gardens gets cleaned every day. the guys who's doing it are amazing Muhammad and Yunass. If you looking for really peaceful and relaxing holiday this villa is highly recommended.. We will be definitely going back for another week of peaceful and relaxing holiday.

I liked everything in this property; specially how clean and well decorated it was. Villa is big and fits a large family with variety of indoor and outdoor sitting areas overlooking the wide golf field with a clean pool convenient for kids and adults. We had everything we needed from toiletries, towels, clean sheets and a well equipped kitchen. Owners were very nice and responsive from the booking time until checkout, smooth and easy checkin and checkout saves time and hassle with clear instructions.

Big villa with all the facilities and amenities that one would need. You can find washing machine, dryer, amazing fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms. The swimming pool is nice and clean, perfect for little children as well as adults. They clean the swimming pool daily, as well as they maintain the garden.

This property is very cosy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious to accommodate a big family. The interior design is beautiful and every detail is well chosen. Amazing outdoor swimming pool and garden full of trees and flowers. It is private so you can spend family time without worry. It has nice barbecue area. The swimming pool is big to accommodate a big group. The garden and the pool is week taken care of and there is a team who maintain them every day. The kitchen is high class and is fully loaded with everything you need. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The decoration in this place are everywhere and makes you feel in a 5 star hotel. Many seating areas for a big family inside and outside. ACs in every room. Very close to the beach and the local supermarket. And above all, very professional, welcoming and generous host who is always in touch and keen on making your stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

Too many ants around the pool and garden

MANY small insects in the pool (the cleaner came and disinfected the pool but this didnt solve the problem and we had to get out of the pool. Same issue the following day so we were only able to get to the pool half a day out of 3-days stay). MANY ants in the only toilet downstairs. Smelly toilets (probably sanitation issue..). AC is not working in the master bedroom.

Interior design is AMAZING. Variety of high-quality itchen utensils. Comfy living room and beds. Very clean overall (except toilets). Plenty of towels, pillows and bed throws. Host was very welcoming and tried to solve our issues promptly. High sense of security.
