Everything was ok.

Food was really tasty and the taste was really close to europe cuisine. The whole concept is really beautiful and well organized. Mr. Hamid front office employee was available for us 24/7 with really kind and proffesional approach. There was also Slovenian speaking Ms. Laura, she was amazing, helpful and available for us 24/7. I was In more than 100 hotels already and Casa Mare Resort is one of those hotels which I would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this hotel. There are plenty of activities available both during the day and in the evening, so there’s always something to do. The staff is very helpful and friendly (especially Mohamed Salim ,mohamed salah , hamid, ahmed , in the reception), which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a great level of comfort. A big highlight is the pier with wonderfull reef, which offers stunning views and is perfect for relaxing or taking a walk. It’s a place where you can truly unwind and have a wonderful time.

Exceptional Experience – A Perfect Couples’ Getaway! Our stay at this resort in Egypt was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the drinks were top-notch, thanks to the amazing bartenders. The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and offering breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Mohamed salim from reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Also, a huge thank you to Taha, the barman, who made our evenings even better with his amazing cocktails and friendly attitude. The entertainment team truly made a difference in our stay—Yousaf Mohamed and Rico, you guys are incredible! Your energy and enthusiasm made every activity and show so much fun. We loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation! 10/10!

About the staff and the hotel itself; there is nothing to say other than everything was perfect. We have some difficulties on the new year dinner party but nothing that can be pointed out

Everything is up to the standard of a 5 stars hotel. All the staff is very helpful and ready to give you a hand at any time (starting from the reception staff, restaurant and cleaning service) so you can relax and enjoy the hotel. An enormous buffet in every meal and a lot of service in place (scuba diving; kite surf school, and more)

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super.
