I really enjoyed staying at this hotel everything was amazing especially the view it’s so heavenly including the very hygienic breakfast and rooms and it was really clean and the wifi was available all around the hotel and if I wanted help about anything the staff was always around to help and I went on a tour with the hotel and it was really safe and I avoided the scammers and the prices are really affordable too

The location is a bit crowded but I think thats the normal for the area

Location is right next to the pyramid plateau entrance. Roof top terrace has an excellent view- especially for the light show every weekend. Room was ok and ac worked well.

The front desk staff was friendly but pushy about booking tours or ordering overpriced food at the hotel. The tours they push for the river cruise, for example, is $40, when an actual ticket is like $11 and an uber would cost $2. In typical Egyptian style, they charged me an unexpected 30% at check in, claiming it was for tax. In what world is tax 30%? Obviously just grabbing cash. The room was still inexpensive ($8/night) so I didn’t complain, but you should know what to expect. Finally, while sitting on the fence about whether I felt okay about the hotel’s behavior or not, at check-out, a greasy old man who was sitting with the staff (and so I assume works with the hotel in some way) came over snd told me I should give some money to the cleaning staff. I’ve been to some extreme budget hotels in my travels and never has someone pulled that one on me. Typical behavior for the area. I told him I already paid for the room and the ridiculous tax so I found it very rude for him to ask me to pay more. The view from the hotel was quite nice and price was cheap but between the tax and the crusty old guy, really annoyed me and ruined my experience there. Would not recommend for more than 1 night.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that you felt disappointed, but we would like to clarify a few points for future readers: • Our staff do offer optional tours and meals for guests’ convenience, but no one is ever forced to book them. Guests are always free to make their own arrangements outside the hotel. • The charges at check-in are not “extra” but follow local regulations, which require service charges and taxes to be collected separately from the room rate. These are standard in Egypt and clearly explained at reception. • Regarding gratuities, tipping is a normal part of Egyptian hospitality culture, but it is always optional. No guest is required to pay anything extra beyond their booking. We are glad you enjoyed the view and the affordable rate, and we will continue working to make our guests feel comfortable. We welcome you back anytime and wish you happy future travels. Warm regards!

I had the pleasure of staying at this small hotel just a stone’s throw from the Pyramids of Giza, and it was truly unforgettable. As an Irish traveller, I’ve stayed in many places, but this one stood out for its warmth and authenticity. The location couldn’t be better—you can literally see the pyramids from the rooftop, which makes breakfast and evening tea feel like something out of a dream. The staff were incredibly welcoming, treating me more like a friend than just a guest. They were always happy to share local tips, arrange transport, or simply have a chat about Egyptian life and history. The rooms were simple but very comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay after long days of sightseeing. What I appreciated most was the personal touch—you don’t get that in the big chain hotels. If you’re looking for a cosy, affordable place with unbeatable views and genuine hospitality, this little hotel is a gem. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo who wants to be close to the magic of the pyramids but still feel at home.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel right in front of the Great Pyramids! The view from the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking — you can literally watch the sunrise and sunset over the pyramids from your room or while having breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well air-conditioned, with a very comfortable bed. What I loved most was the location — just a short walk to the Sphinx and the Pyramid entrance. There are also plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. If you’re visiting Cairo and want a once-in-a-lifetime experience, this hotel is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it for both couples and families.

Yo, if you’re planning a trip to Cairo and wanna be right next to the Pyramids, this hostel is the move! I stayed here for a few nights and honestly, it was way better than I expected. The view from the rooftop? Straight-up insane — you can literally chill with a drink and stare at the Great Pyramid like it’s no big deal. 🔥 The vibe is super laid-back, the staff are mad friendly, and they really go outta their way to help you out with tours, rides, or just advice on where to eat. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the AC saved my life in that Cairo heat. 10/10 would recommend!

The location of the property was brilliant. Could clearly see the pyramids from the rooftop.

When we arrived at the hotel, the owner tried to overcharges and even when I corrected him with the amount on Booking.com, he still tried to overcharge us saying more money for Tax Also, the shower was a dribble so not very good And the pictures for the room for very misleading as it wasn’t much of a landmark view

The staff was fantastic and available, everything was great, the location can be sketchy; nevertheless it’s located in front of the Pyramids, also just a few meters away from the entrance. We recommend it!

It's very clean, the staff always with a smile, available to help, close to shops, groceries, restaurants, ATMs, entrance to the pyramids, but the best is the view, full view of the pyramids and Sphinx. It is not a luxurious hotel but it has the basics, what a person needs on a trip.

The place is located wonderfully, with the greatest view of the pyramids. Also, the stuff is friendly and really nice.

The rooms are very small, not really tidy, not in a good shape.
