Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Spacious room with direct access to the pool. Good breakfast. Nice Italian food at Luca’s restaurant. Clean, tidy and safe kids area with lots of activities. Friendly staff. Complementary extra bed for kids. Free water bottles on the pool.

I didn't like: -no option to open a window in the room -breakfast not as expected at a 5 stars hotel -low quality food at Luca restaurant -low number of english channels at tv -smell in the G- floor.
I liked the clean room , large clean bathroom , the food from the poolbar , some live music entertainment and the nice first floor bar. Good music ,food and wine at the first floor bar. Very nice place to have a coffee and breakfast outside near the pool.
