EgyptThe food in any open buffet restaurant is a nightmare, very poor quality and no variety compared to the ala cart restaurants. The internet was down the first day and when i called the reception, the receptionist did nothing and when i called again and again she asked me to go to the reception front desk which is very far from the room. I was very disappointed the second day when i called the reception again at 12:15 AM to order food at the room, the receptionist told me she don’t know if the restaurant is still open, so i told her to ask and get back to me, which she didn’t do, so i called back again after a while to tell me that everything closed so i asked her to let me talk to the manager , she then said the restaurant is open and i can order whatever i want.
Sentido is a new hotel in Marsa Alam, everything is new and clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, i loved the hotel structure overall and the gym is very well equipped, the ala cart restaurants are super nice and the food is perfect. Mohamed (Manager) and Ahmed at the beach bar are very friendly and respectful, providing the best service

FranceThere's nothing that makes you feel you're in Egypt, in the sense that there's not much Egyptian food, and you never hear Egyptian or Arabic music, it's more like Western vibes, which doesn't give it much charm and authenticity. It would be better to have a drink self service dispenser at the restaurants, as the waiters sometimes take long to bring you the drinks and sometimes don't come (while you see that they serve their friends clients more often), especially in the Italian restaurant, didn't have the best experience there tbh. The waiter at the beach never came to ask us what to drink, even though he went to see other people around, which is not fair and not professional. The entertainment and the parties have huge margin of improvement. Even though the hotel has no control about it, but some clients keep staring at you during meal times, which makes oneself not comfortable (people come to such places to relax not to watch each other). Overall the hotel is an amazing place but thought it's worth to mention those information.
This hotel is a real five stars experience. Things are smooth and seamless, and it's a perfect place to relax and unwind. You can tell there's a lot of work behind the scene, and huge attention to details, which we appreciate a lot. A special thanks to Mohamed at the reception who was efficient and helped with our requests. The shuttle is on time and very comfortable. The beach is great and ideal for snorkeling and the staff there are quite helpful and friendly, and you find plenty of space if you need a calm place. One important thing to note, the rooms are really soundproof (which you don't find in all the hotels), and the beds are comfy, so good quality sleep is guaranteed. Food quality is great and you have a good variety to choose from and it's great that you can eat outdoors with beautiful views. The pools are clean and spacious, the gym has brand new equipment, so overall the facilities are top notch.

SwedenI was traveling with my 9-year-old son, who was the only child on the trip. During one of our visits to the local supermarket, the men working there (except for the one selling tobacco, chips, and beauty products) were incredibly sleazy and inappropriate. They kept trying to flirt with me and detain me, completely ignoring the fact that I had my young son with me. Because of this, we only shopped there twice—and each time we bought huge amounts just to avoid having to go back again. And also: The staff contacted me on social media and kept pestering me to meet up for sex or similar things. They asked if I was married and commented on how sexy I am. Pretty unprofessional, right? And honestly, disgusting. As for the excursions (which I assume were organized externally), we joined a trip to Luxor with a Polish group (we are Swedish). The guide and host ignored us entirely and were outright rude. After an 8-hour bus ride, my son suddenly became very ill as soon as we arrived in Luxor. He vomited on himself and on me. Instead of receiving help, we were told to get off the bus and weren’t allowed to use the onboard toilet. Naturally, we had to find a bathroom to clean up and change clothes. I explained the situation to both the guide and the group, but while we were gone—no more than five minutes—the bus left with our belongings. We had to find our way to the Valley of the Kings on our own, completely unassisted. When we finished the visit, the rest of the group had already been picked up by the bus and taken to a kiosk for drinks and snacks. A staff member eventually escorted us, on foot, in the blazing heat, a long way from the actual tourist site to where the bus was parked. There is no way we would’ve found it on our own. At lunchtime, we were rushed and given just 10 minutes to eat because the driver “had to leave.” My son was so hungry he was shaking but barely had time to eat.
Magiskt! Otroligt vackert och välstädat. Trots en hel del gäster så kändes vi stundvis helt ensamma på området. Maten var topnotch (provade endast bufféerna under våra 8 dagar men saknade verkligen inget) Städningen av rummet var amazing! Noggrann och alltid med ett leende på läpparna :).

The attention to detail is what makes the place special for the comfort of guests. The entire staff, from Mr. Ramo to the smallest hotel worker, is at your service and always welcoming. UkraineIt is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.

Nice beach, lots of pools, even with warm water. Well equipped gym, sauna and jaquzzi. Quite large area which is designed in a way that you just don’t see other people if there are many of them. Everyone can have a place for oneself. Nice animation team. They do their job but without being too pushy. Water in the room all the time, do you dont habe to ask for any additional bottles . Lots of bars with drinks and snacks. We had a really nice stay.

New infrastructure still to be completed. A lot of works ongoing but absolutely not impacting the guests. Very polite and cooperative staff (Special mention to Ahmed at the Sunset restaurant, a Special One!!). For the pools you just have to choose, wherever you turn there’s one available for you! Even in a windy period everyone supporting in getting your vacation at the top!!! Even the gym well equipped, you’ll find whatever you want. Congrats, please continue like this!!

GermanyMy wife and I stayed here as a couple. We're not fans of resorts or noisy family destinations, as we prefer a peaceful vacation, and this place exceeded our expectations. The resort is recently built, and even though it was in soft opening, almost everything was open and functioning. The food quality was good—sometimes even very good—and the fresh seafood was very good as well. The buffet-style restaurants offered high-quality ingredients and well-prepared dishes, and we never encountered crowds. We visited in late November and enjoyed very pleasant weather, ranging from 24°C to 28°C, though it was quite windy, something to keep in mind. The sea was a bit choppy due to the wind, but we were always able to swim, and the water wasn’t dangerous or too cold. The coral reef was beautiful and quite colorful. There are also interesting places nearby for excursions, including a stunning nature reserve close by. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially the managers, who demonstrated genuine care for the guests and a high level of professionalism. The younger staff were sometimes a bit inexperienced in guest interactions, but they always showed a very human and sincere side. The housekeeping team was exceptional: the place was spotless, including all the common areas, which is not something you see everywhere. Attention to detail was impressive. On my birthday, the staff worked with my wife to surprise me in our room, even providing a complimentary birthday cake with a personalized message! The pools are very beautiful, though they were cold during our stay. However, I imagine they’re perfect in summer. Some pools were heated, and those were pleasant. The gym was well-equipped and suitable for a workout. Our room was stunning, with an incredibly comfortable king-size bed and a huge, beautiful shower in the bathroom. We had a fantastic and relaxing time overall. I gave a 10 because, on top of that positive experience, the price-quality ratio was unbeatable.

FranceThe choice of music and volume definitely needs to be reviewed urgently if they so not wish to loose customers hoping to rest in their poolside rooms and exposed to all day disco music played at ridiculous volumes. The choice of music has obviously been left to one or two young and enthusiastic budding disk jockeys completely oblivious to the fact that the guests were mostly 50+ and that everyone got up and moved away when the music started to blare. No use alerting the reception located at the top entrance of the resort and totally ignorant and agnostic to all that was going on below. The in-land excursions proposed were also of very poor quality with high prices and mini buses in dangerously poor condition, no head lights (despite returning after nightfall) very uncomfortable and barely still road worthy. Not to speak about the add-on expenses with a tag along photographer etc. The exception (as mentioned above) were the sea faring outings organised by the diving school.
The food in the restaurants was very good except for the "a la carte" dining which was actually not as good as the buffets. The locations and decor at the "a la carte" restaurants were however very nice. The sports and spa (jacuzzi and sauna) were outstanding. There were lots of lovely pools but sadly only one was heated, which is essential during "winter" season. Animations were stretching, yoga and aqua gym and were nice. The coral reef was just stunning with dozens of different fish more beautiful one than the other and all that could be enjoyed by snorkelling from the peer. The diving school was also amazing with all brand new equipment & facilities and a lovely professional and caring team of trainers. With the hotel still not at full capacity due to its recent opening its the best time ever to enjoy small groups and mostly private diving classes at reasonable prices. They also organised very good outings to local sea attractions and beaches.

EgyptHotel was brilliant. However, the medical services are appalling - wife went to the clinic for an infected cut. The "doctor" wanted 120 euros just to look at it and then would have charged more for treatment. The hotel is very remote so there are no pharmacies nearby. We waited two days and went to a pharmacy in Hurgharda where we got a cream that dealt with the infection for 1 euro.
