The staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. All the food was brilliant and the children loved the mocktails! The pools were clean and a wide variety. It was never too busy. The snorkelling was great but so sad to see the vast damage done by tourists. We will return!!

The buffet (“self-service”) restaurants lacked variety, especially when it came to local Egyptian specialties — most dishes were Western-style. For the à la carte restaurants: The Italian restaurant was excellent (though the dessert did not match the quality of the other courses). The “Kebabji” restaurant was disappointing, offering nothing more than what was available at the BBQ section of the buffets each night — and unfortunately, the lights were turned off mid-meal for the evening show next door. The Indian restaurant was very small, and we couldn’t get a reservation for the entire stay. While the rooms have been refreshed, some equipment (phones, hairdryers, showers) could use an update to match the hotel’s overall standard. The aqua park was great for both kids and adults, but some of the pools are showing signs of wear and could benefit from refurbishment.

We spent our family holiday here with a large group of 22 people and overall had a great experience. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach and sea. The variety of facilities available on site is impressive, and the staff were always attentive, friendly, and responsive. Needs a bit of refurbishment in the rooms

Our experience at the Sentido Resort started with a few issues, but thanks to Guenda at reception, everything was quickly resolved. She was absolutely fantastic – the only person who could communicate fluently in English or Italian, and the only one who truly took care of every request we had. She assisted us in everything with kindness and efficiency, treating us as if we were part of her own family. Her presence truly made all the difference in our stay. In the restaurant, Atef treated us like royalty. Always attentive, polite, and warm. Mohamed was also incredibly kind and sweet with our children – they absolutely loved him. Both of them are hardworking and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We always looked forward to seeing them. We also want to mention the lifeguard at the adults' pool Mohammed. He gave us great advice: go to the sea early in the morning to see many fish. Thanks to his tip, we were lucky enough to spot a manta ray! And we can’t forget Mina at the pool bar – not only was the service excellent, but he is also a truly delightful person. Friendly, attentive, and always with a smile, he added a special touch to our days by the water. We truly have no words for these four amazing people – Guenda, Atef, the two Mohammed, and Mina – who were the true jewels of the resort and made our vacation unforgettable. There might not be a better place to do snorkeling directly from the beach of the hotel. It is absolutely amazing.

Some aspects of the resort could definitely be improved. The hotel rooms and furniture feel a bit outdated and could use some renovation. I didn’t like that breakfast ends so early at 10 AM — it would be much better if it lasted a bit longer. Also, if you happen to need medical assistance, be prepared for very high prices — the on-site doctor services are quite expensive.

We had a great experience at Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort near the Farsha Cafe. We were picked up from the airport without any issues, and since we arrived early in the morning around 6 AM (well before the official check-in time at 2 PM), the hotel kindly offered us a temporary room to rest until our room was ready — such a thoughtful gesture! On top of that, they upgraded our room to a family suite free of charge. The welcome staff were very attentive and friendly. The aqua park was fun, although a bit small and somewhat dated. However, there are pools in every room area, so the pools never felt crowded. If you'd like to go to the beach, there are frequent shuttle services with golf carts, or you can walk there in about 10 minutes. Finding a spot at the beach was never a problem. The reefs and corals are absolutely stunning — I highly recommend trying diving! There’s even a dive center at the hotel. The food was very diverse, and there was always an open restaurant to eat at. There are also several themed restaurants representing different cuisines, which you can book for free. Every evening there are fun activities for kids, and for adults, there are also quiet areas where you can just relax. The landscaping was very well-maintained and clearly taken care of regularly. On a positive note, we’d like to thank the staff at the reception bar who prepared amazing cocktails for us every night :)

Variety of the food and quality of the food was good, but not excellent, like before. A-lot of mosquito in the room. There needs to be a resolution to solve this problem. One room was amazing while the other room was very bad because of the smell from the sewage system. The night activity in the resort should improve. The floatable bridge for diving and snorkeling needs renovation.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had such a great experience from start to finish. The entire team made me feel welcome and truly taken care of. A special thanks goes to Shoukry at the reception, who greeted us with warmth and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. He was always ready to help and gave us great tips during our stay. Also, I’d like to thank Alaa the lifeguard — always attentive and friendly, he made us feel safe and comfortable by the pool. His cheerful attitude really added to the relaxing atmosphere. At the beach restaurant, Mohamed was exceptional. He served us with a big smile and made sure everything was perfect. The food was great, and his service made it even better. Overall, all the staff were incredibly friendly and cooperative, always wearing a smile and willing to help with anything we needed. Their positive energy really made our stay memorable. The furniture in the room and the cleaning services were mediocre, and the toilet exhaust fan remained nonfunctional despite being replaced.

Situated close to the city, the beach provide an amazing opportunity for swimming with fishes. The food is excellent, particularly at the Reef Oasis Restaurant, and the swimming pools are exceptional. Lifeguard Alaa was very kind to my children.

If I have to be picky, there isn't a bar on the beach or close to the sea open in the evening (maybe in peak season?). Service in the restaurant sometimes a bit chaotic, but staff work very hard. Note that there are 80% Italians but if don't book with VeraTour then you can't access the Italian entrainment or Italian kids club.

Great resort, staff excellent. Food generally good, but Indian restaurant was great. Resort is split in two and Sentido area and pools are much better and quieter, but you have access to all. The private Sentido beach (blue towels) was great and we always found free beds. At first the resort seems huge but it is easy to get around. Our rooms were at the reception area furthest from the beach but was an easy 8 minute walk or hopping on the shuttles that run up and down all day. We had a disabled person with us and the staff went above and beyond to organise a golf cart to and from the beach and a wheelchair.

Breakfast was OK, could be better, especially cheese variety were poor. Air conditioner was very noisy. I told them they fixed a little but it haven't fixed completely.

We checked in late at night and they let us check in early without any charge. That was very positive. Muhammed Atif at the reception was very kind and helped us with all this. We were late for the airport transfer and he arranged a car and made sure we were taken to the airport on time. Hotel facilities were very nice. Service at all areas were good. I want to thank you to Mohammed Faw (Restaurants and Beverage Manager) for his kindness and friendship. He supported us a lot not only at restaurants but also my questions about the external tours and activities. Reefs, beach and sea were amazing, take your snorkels and sea googles with you. Cleaning was perfect, rooms were cleaned everyday. Meals and mezes were great. We liked beef meals and mezes a lot.

They were able to handle strict gluten free diet in all restaurants (celiac disease). Special thanks to head chefs Ebrahim, Ayman and Medhat for their friendliness and extra care. The location of the hotel is amazing for snorkelling as it has long corals along the whole bay. Please respect the corals by not touching or standing on them. The food is delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautifully designed streets and plantation, with the impressive night time lighting inside the hotel. It is like a cute village. Also the performances of dancers and singers are quite professional.
