I had a great stay, the location is perfect for exploring the pyramids and the surrounding area. The view to the pyramids from the room, and the rooftop were amazing and having an authentic breakfast looking out on the pyramids must be experienced. The staff is friendly and both Ahmed and Boda at the reception make you feel at home and can help you with whatever it is you might need.

The horses outside can be a bit distracting but you get used to it rather quickly.

Lovely staff, Ahmed and the lady at reception (unfortunately I didn’t get her name). I had a room with a nice view of the pyramids, a comfortable bed, good hot shower. Room had a kettle, some coffee and tea, TV, fridge and sofa. I stayed three nights and would stay longer. The breakfast was served until 12, so you don’t have to wake up early for it.

Whoever cleans the floors could do better so that there aren’t balls of hair everywhere. Other than that, the rest of it seemed clean.

Moza, Ahmed and Rody were exceptional and offered me a truly hospitable and amazing guest experience, they made me feel like being at my home town.

The Staff is amazing, they make you feel super comfy at ease , plus the hotel is super clean & rooms are very modern , all looks brand-new Pyramid view from my room all 3 of them ! Amazing to wake up to Wonderful rooftop terrace , enjoyed my stay a lot , when ever back in Giza will stay here again All the best to all the Staff , good guys all of them Thank You 🙏

Wonderful genuinely friendly staff in this hotel who make you feel very comfortable , Location next to the pyramids site , my room looked out over the 3 Pyramids , waking up seeing them from the bed , amazing energetic experience Been to many places in Egypt , Best value for money for sure

I like.the location, the best spot where you can see the beauty and grandeur of the pyramids in dimention. Staffs were friendly, very accomodating and respectful.

Nothing i didnt like in the hotel because it was exceeded my expectations except for an stinky smell comming from outside where cammels and horse defacates just infront of the hotel.i suggest to find some place for these beautiful cammel and horse as their resting place.

Staff was great especially Hamody and the manager. They made us feel like home thank to their kindness and high professionalism. Whatever we needed we just had to ask and they could provide asap. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The view from the roof on the pyramids was breathtaking. We are more than satisfied. Highly reccomended!

5 minutes away from pyramid, Ahmad is a good host. At least he did not cheat unlike scammer outside

Construction sound from not far away whole entire night, can u imagine that? Whole entire night!!!

Where do you start...okay the hotel is very close to the pyramids so you have everything around you, lots of small shops and restaurants where you can get everything...the view from the terrace is a dream, especially at sunset. .. the hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated and offer everything you need, I recommend the room with a view so you get up every morning with a beautiful view of the pyramids ... but the heart of this hotel is the staff, Rana an angel who is always at your side lovingly and helpfully with everything you need wishes she is very professional in her work... Hamudy is a brother with whom you can talk about anything, a very cool man, whether it's a beer on the terrace with a fantastic view or horseback riding in the desert, Hamudy is the man for everything, Just ask and your wish will be fulfilled... and all the other employees were nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and there is something from everyone, the food you can order at the hotel is very tasty and I can only recommend it... for me it was the first trip to the pharaohs and when I come back I will come back this hotel... would be welcomed and treated very family-like... all I can say is شكرًا

The vıew from the hotel ıs very nıce also the hospıtalty and staff so good and they have A good tour to every where wıth good prices . AHMED HAMOUDY ıs the best guıd .

You have a nice view of the pyramids from the rooftop, comfortable bed, room was clean, AC is a good extra, people were kind and helpful, food offered was also tasty.

I arrived at 4am and there were people waiting for me with a big smile. The price is really good and the quality for the price is amazing. I had nice breakfast with amazing views of the pyramids, all included. But most amazing was the staf. They were always there ready to help. Especially Amir and Rana ;)

The hospitality I received from Queen Ash was warm, kind, friendly and very accommodating. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. The tours were fun and the car service is safe reliable. And the rooftop view is breathtaking!

Fantastic staff, great price, beautiful interior, and the view for the Pyramids from the rooftop... breathtaking. If you want to visit Egypt for a few days and live next to the Great Pyramids, this is the place.

During our 2 days visit there was a power outage on the first day, they fixed it few hours later and then Wi-Fi stopped working on the second day. I hope it was a single event but that's egyptian infrastructure, prepare yourself.

Location was excellent. I was upgraded to the room with view of the pyramid. It was clean and tastefully designed. Breakfast was provided everyday. The host will also provide you with many tour services. I enjoyed horse riding at sunset with pyramid views. Would stay here again!
