nice view and friendly staff!! and good location

I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Egypt. I initially planned to stay for just one night, but I ended up extending my stay because I felt so safe and happy here. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable — everything was beyond my expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay, I absolutely recommend this hotel. It truly made my trip more enjoyable.

The rooms were nice and look like they were recently decorated

We booked 2 rooms, one with a Mountain View (I paid extra for this) and a garden view, and specially requested a room with pyramid view. When we arrived, we got a street view and a wall. I raised this to the staff and they said those rooms were extra cost and refused to change our rooms. They also said they allocate specific room numbers to bookings and we should had received this and we were to take it up with booking.com. When raised with booking.com, they replied 3 days later when we were checking out and told us to raise it with hotel management! Very disappointed with hotel and booking.com. The staff also did not clean or make up the rooms during our stay and only give you half a toilet roll. It is also very difficult to locate the hotel, there are no clear signs how to enter the hotel.

stayed in a three-star hotel for three days. The staff was very good, polite, and kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy. It was great. The restaurant had a great view of the Pyramid. The breakfast was also good. I would like to thank Mustafa and Mohammad for being so kind

The triple room with mountain view was clean & spacious and I had a pyramid view from a certain angle, which was nice.

Dining area wasn't very clean, but the lady immediately wiped the table when I asked her. Breakfast has room for improvement.

Nice view of the pyramids. Location really near the archeological area.

Wasn’t so clean especially in the corners and under the bed , we were missing shampoos , toilet paper etc . The staff wasn’t able to speak in English so the communication was really difficult

Hospitality and friendly staff

Excellent location to pyramids, also shops or restaurants around. Beautiful room and a fantastic view. The hotel is generally quiet. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast starts at 8 which seems a little late. It is strange that the hotel is not on Google Maps. It would be great to have general information or house rules (like breakfast times or wifi password) printed in the room, or shared at check in.

Hotel was impeccable it smelled like Clorox all time meaning they clean every day
