Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. From breakfast to the other meals that exist inside the hotel, we can say that everything was great. United KingdomThe property itself was good and what we expected. Not a massive problem but there was Renovation works ongoing and a lot of noise from the cairo traffic which can’t be helped.
The rooms were spacious and the staff was great. We had the hotel provide a tour to the pyramids and our tour guide Hamza was fantastic. Brilliant day had with Hamza and can highly recommend home for anyone looking to book a tour with the hotel.

United KingdomOne complaint.....the shower and bath in the new rooms are not fit for purpose. Very high sided and difficult to climb over. The bath itself is almost round bottomed so you have to stand sideways in it to shower. Not sure you could sit in it for a bath
Very impressive public areas and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Currently a lot of building work being done to refurbish the hotel. Breakfast is very good. With a lot of choice. We stayed in room 587. One of the newly refurbished rooms. It is light and airy. Plenty of power sockets and usb ports. Also the room is well lit (very unusual for a hotel room)

The was our second visit, with the first being 2021 just after the covid restrictions were removed. The hotel is in a great location for the new museum and pyramids. The pool is really good and cleaned daily with plenty of sunbeds available and the kids play area was enough to keep our little one busy. The staff are helpful and friendly and the taxi company in the hotel can't do enough to help you out and their pretty cheap as well. All in we had a great time

We booked the resort as it is located near the pyramids in Giza. We arrived in May and it was relatively quiet. The reception area was nice and airy. The resort is quite spaced out . The rooms were a good size, and the bathroom was nice with a strong shower. The pool was great- it was large with lots of deck chairs. It was about. 1.9m deep at one end. The buffet restaurant was basic but nice. Good hygiene was observed. Salads were fresh. Breakfast offered a good variety. Overall staff were attentive and helpful Lady at concierge (Ms Sally) helped us retrieving a lost suitcase with Egypt Air – many thanks A big thankyou to Mr Sheriff (reception), who kindly arranged a tour guide for the pyramids at short notice. The tour guide Mr Hamza , picked us up in a air con vehicle with cold drinks and was knowledgable and entertaining. He showed us around the pyramids and the Sphinx which is definatley worth doing . He also showed us around the citadel and some of old Cairo before dropping us off at the airport. Many thanks from all of us ! PROS : Large area, Nice pool Welcoming staff. Spacious rooms Fridges in. rooms definatley exceeded expectations.
