It was a fine stay- for 250 euros for 11 people for 5 nights, you get what you pay for. Cleanliness is an issue. Staff is very friendly. Worrying that a review was posted on my behalf with a 10 star rating though.

We stayed at this place for a few days as a family, and it was a truly wonderful experience! The reception was excellent, and the staff were respectful and very helpful. A special thanks to Ola who organized all the tours for us and made everything easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop view during breakfast was amazing—especially with the sight of the Pyramids. Breakfast was a bit simple, but it was sufficient and acceptable. Overall, the place is quiet, relaxing, and great for families. We enjoyed every moment there. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality

This accommodation should be avoided by all. The pictures posted by the hotel are misleading, and the 10-point ratings are faked by the hotel itself. I stayed there with my family and my friend and his children, by the time we got home, the 10-point fake review posted on my friend's behalf was already listed on Booking.com. Problems: The area is extremely run down. The camels and horses used in the pyramids are kept partly opposite the hotel, the smell of camels and camel dung is extremely strong, you feel like you are in a zoo. The windows should therefore not be opened. The rooms are extremely poorly equipped. The boiler in our room did not work, it was dripping, so when we arrived the bathroom had water on the floor. I reported the fault with the boiler to the staff, they did not fix it, we had no hot water for four days. No compensation was given. There was nothing in the bathroom: no toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo, nothing. I don't even think it was cleaned because the toilet seat was stained. If it had been cleaned, you would have seen water standing on the floor. There was no minibar, no kettle, no coffee machine, no reading lamp in the room. Apart from bed linen and towels there was really nothing. We asked when breakfast would be served, but they were 30-45 minutes late every time. Breakfast is prepared in a room with extremely poor hygiene. Breakfast - every day - was pita, a small can of strawberry jam, scrambled eggs, half a slice (!) of cold cuts and about 10-12 g of cheese. There was no drink, coffee or tea was only served if you asked for it. Salt had to be requested separately. The waiters did not speak a word of English. On the roof terrace the tables and chairs were dusty and dirty, many of the chairs were broken. No tablecloths were provided for the tables. The staff are only friendly until you indicate that the service is not of the right quality. I have never stayed in accommodation of such poor quality in my life.

Good Experience! Thank you to the hotel for the warm welcome and kind hospitality. It was a pleasant stay in a modest and comfortable place. We really enjoyed the organized trips to the Pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, the Mummies Hall, and the Citadel. Everything was well arranged, and we had an excellent tour guide who explained everything clearly and engagingly. A truly memorable experience worth repeating .

IT IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL! THEY PROMISE EVERYTHING? THE DO NOTHING. Aircondition in the room was down. I noted at the reception, they promised, did 3 times...nothing, not even an excuse. Once engineer showed up at 11pm, nonsense. Other room had byler problem, no hot water for 4 nights. I asked the breakfast at time...one hour delay. No compensation...nothing. Be careful they rip you off. All the reviews are fake, even mine was up before I arrived home...just edited.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel with my family. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly, One of the highlights of our stay was the tours offered by the hotel. We had the chance to visit the Pyramids, which was an unforgettable experience. We also went on a lovely Nile cruise, where we enjoyed a relaxing dinner on the boat with beautiful views — it was truly magical, Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely love to come back again.

The only downside was the noise from the street during the day, as it could get a bit loud sometimes. But overall, it was a great experience and I’d still recommend it for anyone wanting to explore Cairo’s historical sites.

Had an amazing stay at Pyramids Express! It’s a small hotel but super cozy, clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best parts was being so close to the pyramids – we went on some unforgettable trips to the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed spending time on the rooftop with its amazing view of the Pyramids. My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! I stayed for about five days, and during that time, they organized some excellent and well-planned trips for me. I visited the Pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, and the National Museum of Civilization, where I saw the mummies. I also enjoyed a trip to Alexandria, visiting the library, the citadel, and the underground tombs. In addition, they arranged a visit to the palace and the temples, which was an unforgettable experience! All the trips were perfectly organized with highly knowledgeable tour guides who provided excellent explanations that enriched my experience. The view on the pyramid from the terras of the hotel is fantastic (including sunset)! In five minutes you walk to the entrance of the pyramid. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Mahmoud ! It is a real family house, very flexible and always helpful.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were nice and very helpful. Hotel manager( Mahmoud) was so kind he did his best to keep our stay in the hotel in best way. His staff, reception & all his team very helpful & they did there best. Breakfast: was delicious and many items included, they will supply any thing extra for customer on request. The pyramid view when having breakfast it was amazing. Next time I will book this hotel and I highly recommend it to friends and family.
