Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThey had no coffee either in the morning or during the day. Hopefully it was only a temporary situation. You need to walk a certain part of the dirty sandy road, but it has nothing to do with accommodation itself, all surroundings in that area have the same poor (according Western standards) conditions.
The view from the room was very nice, and from the roof top even better. Breakfast is served on the top of the roof where you can enjoy the view of pyramids. All the staff was very helpful and exceeded our expectations. If you want to visit the pyramids and want to stay close to them, this accommodation can be easily recommended.

United Kingdombathroom can be improved. Communication language was a bit challenging however the owner mr Ahmed was helpful.
Room is close and view of the pyramid is good. The upstairs breakfast with the view of pyramid was awesome. Room was ok , and bathroom can be improved.

United StatesJust remember that in boutique hotels in general there are no elevators, also if you travel during cold months remember, that there will be no heating provided. This is a general note, and not just an issue of this hotel.
Cozy and nice rooms, great location, view is amazing. You can see Pyramids and Sphinx. Also the hotel is run by a very welcoming and caring family. They made us feel as a part of their family. Attentive to our questions and requests. Helped with our luggage. Breakfast is great!

NetherlandsAll description in this listing is false. Very dirty room and bathroom. Shower does not work and we stayed away from taking shower. It was not cleaned when I checked in and there were not showr gels or anything . I had to ask later for this. There was no WiFi available during my stay. The breakfast is not really free. They charged me extra because I took omelet. I am requesting booking.com not to let such fraud in your platform. The main staff was so vey kind when I had to check out as I raise the issues.
The only good thing in this place is that you get a view of pyramid form the window and terrace
