    1. Rooftop 2. Restaurant staffs 3. Receptionist/ Manager: Mr. Islam & the lady 4. Reliable security system including room, can leave room without any worries.

    1. Constant persuasion by tour guide at the rooftop, he should be respectful to the guest by ensuring their personal privacy.

The access, the lobby and etcs were really poor

The location was excellent for visiting the pyramids, but there weren’t many other attractions or amenities nearby.

As a solo female traveler who has stayed in many hotels and hostels around the world, I’ve generally had great experiences with helpful and respectful staff. While the reception team of this property were friendly and accommodating, one individual named Alli — who claimed to be the owner, though I later found out he wasn’t — made me feel quite uncomfortable during my stay Despite politely declining multiple times, he persistently tried to sell me tours, arrange transport, and offer other services, which felt more like pressure than genuine hospitality. Even when I went to the rooftop to relax, he would sit nearby and continue promoting things he could offer me for a “good price.” He also insisted I pay him directly for a coffee and a bottle of water, even though breakfast was included in my stay — I offered to pay at reception, but he said the payment had to go through him. His constant presence and pushy approach made me feel on edge, to the point that I didn’t feel very comfortable using common areas like the rooftop or leaving my room unless I was heading out. I work in hospitality myself, and I value genuine, guest-focused service — not one that feels overly transactional or invasive. Unfortunately, that aspect of my stay made it hard to relax and enjoy the experience.

    Rooftop

Impossible to find via Google Maps. The Booking.com name is one, while the hotel name is another.

Great location, 10 min walk from the ticket office for the pyramids. Room was big, clean and comfy. Nice rooftop with great view.

Breakfast wasn’t great, not enough options and quantities. The staff was a bit insistent on booking a tour with them while the pyramids are literally 10min walk from the hotel and there’s a free shuttle inside the complex. They didn’t understand that we didn’t have time for a big tour. Also small details but I booked a triple room for 3 adults and when we arrived there were only 2 bottles of water and 2 bathrobes, they gave us extra but it should make sense. We could hear the noise from the street.

The hotel is in a great location to visit Giza and for tour pick ups. Its also quiet and away from the busy streets. The rooms are modern, large and comfortable. The breakfast is very basic but sufficient for what you need. The roof top pool has great views and nice to cool off in and the roof top dining area has incredible views including of the light show on the evenings these are on.

No drinking water is provided in the rooms, No toilet paper in the bathrooms.. The pillows are like rocks ha,ha.

Location and views from the roof top bar, friendly and very helpful staff. They could not be faulted in any way. Breakfast was decent and coffee and service very good.

TV was not working despite asking for it to be fixed. Unfortunately we also had a physical accident when getting out of the plunge pool, so we warm others to be careful.

breakfast was simple but good , as for location we were right next to the pyramids , so if you are staying in cairo for a few days to look at the pyramids there could be no better location there roof top bar was the best and you get to see the light show at night free of charge as it is right in front of you., great for a few days cairo break

breakfast could have a little bit more choice but on the hotel itself on the whole , excellent for a few days

Hotel was very nice and clean. The view from the rooftop was brilliant, you can bath in the pool, have breakfast or just sit and drink coffee with the best possible views of the pyramides and the Sphinx you can imagine. You have the feeling you can even touch them! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, no one asked for money for their services as usually in other Egyptian hotels. Everyone had smile on his face. The pool was fine. It did not work on the first day of our stay, but it worked on the second one so we had the possibility to enjoy it. The water temperature was fine. The rooms were nice, we had air conditioners in our rooms which worked well. In reality, the rooms look like the pictures on Booking.com. We really appreciate that after check out, we were allowed to stay at the hotel and use all its facilities because we had a flight late at night. The owner of the hotel offered us a room where we can wait for our flight after check out, have shower, change our clothes and relax for free. We did not use this opportunity, but it was really nice, we did not experience anything like this anywhere in the world before. The price and the quality are more than well balanced here. I definitely recommend the hotel. The price on Booking.com was also the final price for the stay, there were no hidden fees. This is something I really appreciate as well. :)

Some bad reviews here say that there was no cleaning of rooms during their stay. This is true, but if you read the hotel info booklet in your room, it says that you should ask for cleaning if you want. There is no automatic everyday cleaning because of the sustainability reasons what is quite common in hotels everywhere in the world nowadays. There was no toilet paper and not enough towels in one room, but we asked for it and the stuff brought even more pieces than necessary to us immediately. Beds were not very comfortable, but acceptable for few day long stays. Breakfast could be better, but it was sufficient. To sum it up, there were only minor negative aspects which were totally unimportant for us thanks to the extraordinary location, view and super friendly staff. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

What we absolutely loved was the view – there are no words to describe how amazing it was! The staff were also very kind, and the value for money is unbeatable.

The room could use a bit of renovation, but overall it was comfortable.

From rooftop there was a view of Pyramid, few staff’s behaviour is very help-full.

    1. Booked as Twin Room with Mountain View but we got Superior Room , Room amenities and pictures did not match, informed hotel reception but they could not help just said its auto reserved the room. I clearly paid more than 50GBP for that room which we have not got. 2. Second day night electricity went down around night 10:30 and it was like in hot temperature we had to sleep without water and electricity , it came around 3:30 am for few minutes, on morning it came for 15 mins and again same , hotel reception said constantly it was a power failure on entire location but could see few other hotel has electricity probably generator or inverter, we had to rush for desert safari on the morning and wanted to sleep peacefully before which we could not do. 3. Breakfast options are just like two - three options which is not much tasty . 4. Rooftop resturant charges always 1.14x1.1 on top of the bills which I dont understand at all.

The reception staff were absolutely friendly and so welcoming they made my stay at the hotel better than what I could've imagined. They allowed me to check in early due to a long flight that I had the morning of and allowed me to check late for no extra charge and I appreciate that so . Extra appreciation to the chef for making sure i was ok and making delicious food, next time I come to Giza I will stay here again
