SwitzerlandThe Beach- you need to Walk far from the border to swim and to see some fishes.. Food- Always the same. Very western cooking.. Too much quantity.. It would be better less quantity and more quality. Animations- Maybe the dont put a lot of money on That because of the Low season but as I was alone, i must say that i Felt bored on the evening time. A special show Of the Mister of the hotel was the Worth thing Ive Never Seen sorry.. please dont do that again!!

FranceThe stinginess and lack of courtesy of the wine server at the main restaurant (mohammed ASHRAF) who serves you a glass of wine and tells you that you will just have to come back! so, we order 2 glasses of wine at the same time to make one! completely stupid! Also pay attention to their card system for obtaining beach towels: we take the card from you, we lend you a beach towel, you return the towel but we don't give you the card back and in the end, when you leave, you are ask for the card (which you don't have) otherwise 10€ deduction! scam!

GermanyThe food in the canteen wasn't great, but the BBQ and Mongolian restaurant had delicious food. No proper cocktails - do not expect any real juices in them.
The coral reef was amazing. I was very warmly received and helped by Ahmed Abdel Hamid, who helped me in every way and gave good tips and recommendations, and in general, went an extra mile. I wish all receptionists were like him. The housekeeping guy was very nice too - he made a towel heart for me, although I was staying alone 😅😍 Besides, I found NLT travel company just great - Alex helped me to get to Luxor by booking a tour with an outstanding Egyptologist, whose Italian was next to perfect.

EgyptAs an advice, try to have more variety in food especially during lunch. And the quality of patisseries need to be somehow upgraded. The snorkeling area must be bigger, you have all the area needed along the coral reef.
Since we came, a very warm welcome beginning with the reception and going through all members of the hotel. We had an immediate upgrade without even asking for it. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant was good quality and taste, several pools, with good animation team, especially at night performances. We enjoyed the sandy sea (unfortunately the sea was a little bit too shallow), but this is nature, can't complain.
