The people there are very nice and friendly. A special thanks for Ms. Esraa from guest relations who was super friendly and was always making sure that we are enjoying our stay. The Animation team was doing a good job during the day at the beach and also at night. The place is very friendly and you can have a very large variety for eating and drinking. The sea view from the room was beautiful and also there are many options to also enjoy the sea.

A water park could be a good addition.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel offers an array of shops and restaurants inside its compound. The private beach is good, and the waves are gentle as it is cordoned off by landmass.

The free bottled water (Hayat) tasted very bad... maybe of specifications or wrong storage... Also some rows at the restaurant during breakfast especially for falafel and sometimes for egg station.

I enjoyed my stay this time... I remember I visited +10 years ago and I was not that much happy at that old time... but this time; it was great for me. Staff was great & helpful; enjoyed the food especially the corowasont which was super excellent,,, Animation at beach ... and the free Yacht tour was very nice too. Also play games at the games center was funny especially for the shooting. Overall it was a pleasant time.

Rooms are a bit old. Specially the bathroom. Its very clean no doubt but its old and needs renovation. Otherwise everything else is good and no major complaints

The Hotel staff were amazing. The reception, house keeping (specially Ehab and Mr Moustafa), the staff in the hotel. Everything was good. The area is very active and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes. The beach is amazing

I liked everything in the hotel ..all staff are well trained for giving the high quality service for the guests .. I like so much Ms.Iman Samir in the public relations department..she is really very professional and very passionate about her work ...she is very friendly..she calls and checks all the time with me if anything is required she can support ..from the moment I reached to the hotel she is able to make it a very different experience ..I really appreciate it..Also one of the wonderful persons is chief Mohamed Osama ..how fascinating he is with the guest .he is very smiling to the guest which makes everyone at so happy to ask him for what he likes . So professional and passionate about his work ...wish all of them The Best of luck

The hotel was extremely busy and crowded, both in the parking area and at the breakfast buffet. The lines were so long that we didn’t get the chance to have breakfast.

The facilities were great, and I loved that there were plenty of restaurants, cafés, ice cream booths, and kids’ games all along the beach, plus a restaurant set right on the sandy shore. Staff also were so friendly. We went on a yacht trip, and it was a really lovely experience.

Restaurant food quality needs serious improvement

What I really didn’t like, however, and something I think all guests should be aware of, is the hotel restaurant and the quality of the food. To be completely honest, it was very poor. I strongly recommend avoiding meals at the hotel restaurantthere are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets available right inside and around the hotel that are much better options. My booking included breakfast and dinner, but after trying dinner the first night, I decided not to go back, and I didn’t send my kids either. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was excellent.

Everything went really well from the moment we checked in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming Mr. Mostafa was especially kind and helpful. The suite was beautiful, with two views: one of the pool and the other of the sea. Room cleanliness was excellent. A big thank you as well to Ms. Israa and Ms. Eman from Guest Relations, who took great care of us throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable and doing their best to resolve any issues. They even offered us a complimentary event and kindly arranged for a late checkout much appreciated!

Breakfast was too crowded. The rooms were somewhat clean but there was dust and the ceiling was broken. The sea was not great- too warm and not the most clean and blue waters of the bay. The food in the restaurants is not local and everything is too pricy. We were the only Europeans there, so it was uncomfortable to swim with bikini. You cannot go in another beach as everything is private, so you need to stay in this resort.

A bunch of good things. Easy location. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Nice food. Nice beach. A very big thanks to Eman Samir (Guest Relations) for her dedication and constant help throughout the stay, as she provided anything needed with a great attitude. That was excellent from her. Some good shops around for some nice shopping as well as some restaurants and areas to spend the time in the evening and night. This was also a good thing.

There is no good organization for parking in terms of the lack of places. The room was very good, only a simple thing that needs to be modified is that the curtains are not blackout and do not block sunlight well.

Everything was fine, the reception service was fast and good, the room was comfortable, the services and swimming pools were wonderful, and there was a customer relations employee named Eman who was very professional and the epitome of politeness and sophistication.

I would just suggest some maintenance improvements, as the air conditioning was not working properly, the wash basin was broken, the toilet cover was loose, and the aluminum window did not close completely.

I had a great stay. The place was very clean and the location was excellent.

The new smart system at the rooms is a little bit complicated and no available user manual to be able to deal with it probably
