We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean pools and many restaurants offering a wide variety of dishes. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff is very attentive. One of the best hotels I’ve ever booked — everything was on point, especially the hotel staff... so welcoming and professional 🌹🙏 Special thanks to *Mr. Mostafa Othman* from the reception team — he was with us from the moment we arrived and never left us alone. He was extremely helpful and kind. When he found out it was our wedding anniversary, he arranged a beautiful surprise celebration for us at the hotel. 🌹😍 Also, I’d like to thank all the hotel staff, especially those I dealt with personally: – *Mr. Omar*, golf cart supervisor – *Mr. Ahmed El Hady*, restaurant supervisor – *Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud*, restaurant staff One of the most touching things I heard from them was when I asked: “What motivates you to work with such passion every day?” Their answer: “We love what we do — we work with heart.” 🌹🌹🌹 Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel. Even if I visit Marsa Alam and come back, I’ll still book here again without a second thought! 🌹🙏😍

The internet could be a bit faster and reliable. Power cuts out sometimes but the backup generators are very fast at taking over. We experienced maximum of 1 min of power outage.

I was absolutely stunned by the professionalism and personal service of the resort employees and managers. They took good care of us and made us feel really welcomed. The food was very tasty and you have a lot of different choices and themed restaurants. Getting around the resort is very comfortable either using the continuously running shuttle or sometimes the gold carts, the pedal carts or even walking :-) The hotel is also very conveniently located for day excursions, e.g., snorkelling boat trips.

Our children (8 and 11 years old) especially loved the aquapark, which provided hours of fun and excitement. The beachfront location was beautiful, but with a pronounced water reflux, which could be seen as a negative thing or a positive one: an opportunity to explore the beach when the water receded. Our room was very big, nice and clean. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impressive and the friendliness of the staff made our stay even more pleasant. Our kids also really enjoyed the VR games, and the person at the VR movie area was fantastic with them. The resort itself is quite large, which might not suit guests who prefer a smaller, more compact setting. However, there are quadracycles and a shuttle bus to help get around, which made it manageable. It’s worth mentioning that the resort is far from any cities or towns, so going for a walk outside the resort isn’t really an option. That said, there is plenty to do on-site, and there are also organized excursions available, like safaris and other tours, if you’d like to explore the surrounding area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety and plenty of restaurant options to choose from. The Mediterreanean and Soprano restaurants had amazing sea views. Overall, we had a great family holiday here and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway.

The staff at the hotel made our stay truly memorable, particularly with their warm and welcoming demeanor. We especially appreciated the kindness shown by the reception member Mr.Moustafa Othman , who was always ready to assist. Their attentiveness made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our vacation. The effort they put into making us feel at home didn't go unnoticed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the staff's hospitality was a significant factor.

Overall, my stay was fantastic. The food was delicious, and about 95% of the restaurant staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional. However, a few staff members could improve their service approach. Similarly, while most of the lifeguards were courteous and helpful, there was one individual who came across as slightly rude. Nonetheless, these were minor issues in an otherwise excellent experience.

I had a great experience during my stay. The resort offers extensive facilities, a wide range of services and activities, and excellent room comfort. Both the room and the overall resort were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, I’d like to highlight the outstanding support provided by Mr. Mostafa, who was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel is huge and you will have to walk a lot so I don’t recommend it for older people who face difficulties to walk long distance. Many times you will wait for drinkable water for a long time so make sure you always keep some spare one aside.

This hotel is truly a paradise on earth—an ideal escape from the daily grind. It's perfect for families, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. There are many activities for kids, including VR games for free so parents - it’s time for you to relax! The entire property is spotless, the staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and the food is absolutely delicious. To top it all off, the stunning views make the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended! And special thank to Mr. Mostafa for outstanding kindness, professionalism and hospitality, he made all our wishes come true!
