Dear Manager, I want to thank you and your team for the wonderful experience we had at your hotel. I especially wish to highlight Mr. Mohamed Homos, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. No matter how busy things were, he was always available, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. His warmth and professionalism truly made a difference for us, and we left with beautiful memories of Sharm El Sheikh thanks to his efforts.

We had an amazing stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Club from August 5–17. We booked four bungalows for our family and they were spotless, spacious, and right by the pool. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming—it felt perfect for families with kids and grandparents. Every day was full of activities that kept everyone engaged, from pool fun during the day to lively evening shows and parties at night. My mom looked forward to the 9 p.m. events every single day! The all-inclusive package was excellent—the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and snacks and drinks were always available. Truly a wonderful experience with great vibes, happy memories, and something for everyone. Highly recommend!

The aquapark park was very nice & the life guards were really professional. The staff were very helpful, special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Homos in the reception who made us a free upgrade which really meant a lot for us . The hotel facilities were excellent & had everything you could ask for.

All of the rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, and every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Mohamed Homos and Mr. Mostafa Magdy, whose consistent presence and attentive management made my stay even more comfortable. They were always available to ensure everything was going smoothly and to address even the smallest concerns. Throughout my stay, I never encountered any major issues. In fact, if I were to describe the level of professionalism and dedication shown by the entire team in detail, it would take me days. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel—it truly sets a standard that would be hard to surpass.

It is not beach front, but they give you feee access to the other hotel beach until 6PM. It is located in the across street by walking.

From the moment we entered the hotel, I felt very welcomed by all the staff. I was accommodated in my room with an incredible speed I have never experienced before. My request for two adjacent rooms was taken into consideration, and we were treated with elegance and respect. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. The hotel itself is very welcoming and enjoyable, with swimming pools for both adults and children that are exceptionally clean. The aqua park and the beach are located in the nearby hotel, Pickalbatros Aqua Vista, which is very close and easily accessible. I loved the food—it was fresh, varied, and innovative. The animation team was fantastic, and the pool, foam, and balloon parties were a lot of fun. The atmosphere is elegant, family-friendly, and lively. I would like to especially thank the reception staff, buffet team, cleaning and room service staff, the animation team, and the restaurant staff. The treatment we received was truly wonderful, and the evenings were very enjoyable. We were always greeted with a smile and never got bored. This was my first time in Sharm, and I did not feel the need to leave the resort at all.

A point to be aware of, which is not clear when booking, is that the beach and other activities, such as padel and tennis, are not on the resort itself; they are on the sister resort Laguna Vista, directly opposite this resort. This is not an issue in itself - there is a regular bus and it is only across the road. However, hours of access for Laguna Club residents is limited and no entry after 6pm. This means that you cannot watch sunrise or sunset or take an evening stroll on the beach - not ideal considering this is a ‘beach’ resort. There is an entertainment team on the resort however there’s not many other options for evening activities. Another point which caused us some incoveneicne at check in is that staff inssited on the IDs of children aged 12 years old and below, which was not made clear in advance to ensure we bring in the required documentation.

Overall a fantastic experience - hospitality is a 10/10 and staff are very friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are beautiful - incredibly spacious, modern and clean - more of a suite than a room to be honest. The food is fantastic - very high quality and a wide selection of options which changes every day. They have a 24-hour bar and there are multiple breakfast, lunch and dinner services if you can’t make the main timings. Oh dear, I loved staying at Pickalbatros! İt was lovely, the staff were lovely, starting from Mustafa in the reception, to every single one in the resort. They were nice and helpful! 🙏🏻 Thank you guys Everything was pretty clean and neat, love it! The activities were exciting! The food was good! The swimming pools are crystal clear! They upgraded our stay and gave us a romantic goodbye dinner! I mean, it was just perfect! ❤️

The food was amazing, but seemed monotonous especially if you stay for a long period. In my final 2 days I felt it was the same foods, consider other themes Mexican, Indian, Thai, Chinese. Etc maybe alternate days. But I love the passion and dedication and salad bars.

Pickalbatros Laguna Club Resort was amazing and very comfortable. Clean and staff were excellent and very friendly. Food was amazing and always available during meal periods and snacks available outside main meal times so there is something anytime you want it. Pools were lovely and inviting water slides in sister hotel opposite Laguna and the beach was refreshing. All in all a wonderful experience worth the value. Thank you all
