The only thing I didn’t like was the late evening activities. The entertainment usually went from 9 to 11, but the last hour was mostly just DJ music and dancing for guests, which wasn’t my preference.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and luxurious with a comfortable room right in front of the pool. The food was varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff made our stay truly special – Reception Manager Mr. Haitham was very nice and helpful, the pool staff (Arafat, Arafat, Mahmoud Kamal, and Osama) were amazing and always attentive, and Mr. Yousef from housekeeping was professional, kind, and such a good person. Salama from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.

I've stayed in many hotels around the world, but Albatross Blue Spa truly stands out in so many ways. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely want to make your stay special. My stay at Pickalbatros Blu Spa was amazing! 🌟 The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and perfect for couples. The honeymoon package was exceptional with beautiful decoration and a romantic dinner that made our stay unforgettable. Rooms are spacious, food is delicious with great variety, and the spa is wonderfully relaxing. A special thanks to Mr. Haitham Serag at the Front Office 🤍 for his professionalism, kindness, and warm smile. The location is also excellent – close to the city yet very peaceful. Words are not enough to describe this resort… It was our first time in Hurghada, but without a doubt we will be back and we’ll definitely stay at the same resort again. Our entire experience was a 10/10. I honestly have nothing negative to point out. The fact that it is an adults-only resort made a huge difference in our stay. The food was outstanding, and while the alcoholic drinks (apart from the beer) could have been better, they still did the job. The hotel décor was beautiful, everything was spotless, and the rooms were spacious, each with its own balcony. Now, a special word of thanks… A very special thank you to Sayed, I’m not sure if he belongs to the reservations or reception team, but he was one of the people who truly made this experience exceptional. Always proactive, always willing to help. I would also like this message to reach the housekeeping staff member working on the 4th floor between August 8th and 13th, in the corridor where room 210 is located. Such a fast, friendly, and dynamic young man. Many times we didn’t even request the room to be cleaned, and yet whenever we returned, everything was tidy and spotless. Truly excellent at his job. And last but not least, the restaurant staff. Unfortunately, I can’t remember their names, but every single one of them was incredibly dynamic. What impressed us the most was their memory, as soon as we arrived at the restaurant, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they immediately knew which drinks to bring us. It was amazing. Always respectful and kind. Just go, I promise you won’t regret it. We will definitely be back. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for making this such a magnificent and memorable experience.

Amaizng food , quality , service and views. We came from all around the world as a group (Australia, China , Switzerland , France and Romania ) and the communication and service was impeccable. Great location and wif was very accessible throughout the resort. Ali Essa was exceptional and helped us with all our check in , check out and service enquirers.

The only issue we had was that our massage, which was booked for 45 mins, only lasted 35 mins. This was a shame as it wasn’t especially cheap and so we felt a little short-changed. It would also have been a bit more fun if there was more music at the pool during the day. Some relaxing summer house would have been a nice accompaniment to the fantastic pools and great drink selection.

All of the staff were so kind and helpful, including reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and pool staff. It really seemed like everyone cared about us having a good time and feeling at home. The food was also a high standard. There was a great variety each day including meat and fish, so there was always something to look forward to. In particular, the bbq each day was a real treat.

I like the location. Close to the airport. It was also an adults only resort with really nice day beds on the beach. The pool was great. The location is on a main road, so it’s easy enough to walk down in the evening to the different shops. They also always have cold bottles of water ready.

Accommodation, employees, price and everything was really great. Thank you very much for all your efforts. We think of coming back as soon as we have time. I can say that there is no holiday destination in Turkey that we have not been to, but this is beyond what we expected, it was really a perfect place.
