Breakfast wasn't the best and was exactly the same each day. It also came not when we requested it - this might have been a language barrier but both mornings it didn't come at the time we asked for it. We booked a superior deluxe room which we thought included the hottub bath and would be a slightly bigger room which was not the case. I politely raised this with the man after the first night and he said that wasn't the room we booked. This was very disappointing as we paid extra for this room. Even more so the man then showed us a room with the hot tub bath which was clearly empty and still we could not move to that room for our second night. It seems the hotel just selected all the facility options available on booking.com - for example it also says there is a microwave, suit press etc. which were not in the room. The hotel smells alot of smoke and our room stank of smoke the first night causing our room to hotbox and my partner to feel quite sick. Perhaps its because we british are not so used to smoking anymore, let alone indoors. I mentioned the smell to the man after the first night and he said he wouldn't smoke - the smell improved on the second night.

The view of the pyramids from the room was perfect. The room was modern, the bed was comfy and the room was generally clean.

Just the elevator wasn’t there and was the 5th floor, but its a new place, so it didn’t matter for me. The staff service is notch top.

I had a problem with the jacuzzi as wasn’t working and straight away the staff gave me a bigger room with a jacuzzi that was working. They were so helpful even when i wanted to order food, and last but not least i loved the wardrobe! when you turn off the lights it becomes a mirror, lol. Thanks so much to Amir and Mohamed, for their kindness and availability.

The location is very near the pyramids and the suite room has the best view of pyramids. Its good for taking picture while you are in the tub. Very spacious room. Amir and Mohammad are the most welcoming staff i had met. Kudos to them. Very assistive and always checking if everything is okay. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you Amir and Mohammad!

The building is filthy, the neighborhood is not where a tourist would want to stay. Okay if all you wanna do is sleep and go to the pyramids, but absolutely bad idea if you want to explore the city or anything like that.

The hotel is a family hotel in Giza, the room was very big, new, very beautiful, and the view to Pyramids is just amazing! You can take a spa bath while enjoying the Pirámides view! Just one time in life experience. But the best of all is the staff! Amir was just incredible with us! He was like our family, helping us in all, taking us around, and even they gave us some extra hours in the room for late check because of some health issues. We felt like home with Amir and so much cared! Thank you very much!

I highly recommend this hotel!!!! This is literally a 5 star hotel !!! Good location, the kindest staff and the view from the bed were amazing. They are alway wellecoming us!!! They treat us like a queen!!! When me and my friend wanted to try Egyptian cuisine,the receptionist suggest his favorite one and even he came downstairs to show how we can go and which we have to order. And they even arranged to go pyramids while we had no idea what to do. We ended up cancelled at another hotel and decided to stay longer in this hotel. They helped us so much during this trip. We are really thankful.

there was nothing I didn't like. The only things to consider; the property isnt accessible for disabled patrons. The street can be quite noisey (as is anywhere in Cairo) so bring earplugs.

absolutely everything was perfect. Staff are top tier, always making sure everything is good and will always be there to help. They would always go and get me anything I wanted from the shops so I was paying local prices and not tourist prices. They would give you the shirt off their back if you asked! The rooms are super nice and clean. Location is great, you simply can't beat the view. Breakfast every morning was great, they gave me so much food that I couldn't finish it all. The tours organised were amazing and great value for money. My tour guide, Amir, is a great guy and always did things on my time, never made me feel rushed or anything. The property is apart of a building with 4 or 5 mini hotels inside it, a bit strange at first but it works better that way since the staff are only worried about the 4 or 5 rooms on their level, meaning you're getting much better service. As a solo traveler in a country like Egypt I must admit I was a little worried going in but these guys made the experience an 11/10
